The rooms are nicely furnished, but the floors are incredibly dirty, you don't walk barefoot. Hot water intermittent, on the day of departure had to wash cold. There is absolutely nowhere to put/hang your toiletries in the bathroom, there is no hook or shelves. Wi-Fi is available, but falls off periodically.

Everything is very, very long and small, jam, ham, bread, cheese, scrambled eggs - everything is dumped on one plate, it is unpleasant to eat.
I booked a room with one bed, I asked for it separately in a letter, I was confirmed this room. Upon arrival, they provided a room with two beds and a window to the courtyard (there is no ventilation at all). We must pay tribute to the reception staff - the room was changed at my request, moreover, to a more comfortable and spacious one. This is where the positives of the hotel end.
