I dreamed of going to Tallinn for a long time, but somehow I had no time. And then my friends took the initiative and, inviting me, organized a wonderful trip with the help of the travel agency "Labyrinth" to Estonia, to Tallinn. Night in a cozy soft carriage and we are on the Tallinn platform with a view of the Old Town. It took us 15 minutes to get to the Piritaspa hotel. It was November in the yard, the off-season, so there were very few people. We had a swimming pool and a sauna included in the price, as well as a hearty breakfast.
The hotel is a real paradise for the exhausted Homo Sapiens of the metropolis - countless body services plus a view of the sea promenade with the panorama of the Old City on the horizon. Pine trees rustled across the road. The staff were emotionally restrained, but extremely polite and extremely helpful. They will always answer in English, but in Russian only those who are over 40. Twenty-year-old Estonians, moonlighting in restaurants and cafes, are children of a different historical era.
I liked everything! And the fabulous Old Town, and the leisurely life of the capital of Estonia, and the sound of the waves on the Pirita embankment, and the unusual food I fell in love with Tallinn for the weekend that I spent in it, I remember it all the time with tenderness, and I do not stop mentally striving to go there in the hustle and bustle Moscow weekdays.
