Definitely the Tropitel hotel in Dahab is not suitable for those who:
1. Likes noisy rest. The hotel does not have animation, discos, evening shows and other entertainment. They are irrelevant here. This is a place for relaxation, contemplation and solitude.

The Canyon Lagoon is a very pleasant place for snorkelling. Between the Canyon and the pontoon of the hotel - beautiful coral gardens - it will not be boring to swim.
Also, not far from Tropitel, there are two more "catalog" reefs of Dahab - Abu Telha and Abu Hilal. In principle, if you are not lazy, you can get to them by water, but it’s far away, it’s better to walk along the coast (700-800 meters), they are located near the Amigo and Daniela hotels. Very interesting lagoons for snorkelers, and for divers, they are generally expanse, not as crowded as in the Canyon and the Blue Hole. By the way, it is about 3 km to the Hole from Tropitel, you can walk on foot.
The "Tropitel" has very friendly and unobtrusive staff, everything is quite clean and tidy, and, in general, the atmosphere is very pleasant.
