The worst vacation of my life, thanks to Join Up and the hotel!

*Regarding the food:
From the very beginning, there wasn't even a hint of delicacies, variety, or seafood. Every day we ate the same thing for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every day, absolutely the same thing. Fruit included dried oranges, melon, dates, and apples in some kind of strange juice. Every morning, we came to breakfast and asked for butter. Just butter, and each time they brought it from the kitchen, giving us a small sealed piece and taking it back, not allowing other guests to take it. Not once did we arrive to butter lying on the table; after nine days, they could have somehow fulfilled at least this request of ours. During this entire time, we couldn't eat peacefully at the tables outside, as we were surrounded by 10 screaming cats, jumping on the table and snatching our food. The staff responded with zero reaction.

Starting on Saturday, when almost all the tourists had left, the hotel's already meager "variety" worsened with each passing day. Half the tables that should have been serving food were simply empty, cutting the selection in half. Whatever wasn't eaten at breakfast was served at lunch, with the occasional side of soup and French fries.
Two days before departure, even that was gone. We were supposed to choose our meals from the menu, supposedly only for dinner. But, ridiculous as it was, we weren't even given what we chose. ?????????
We were served the same dish for both lunch and dinner—rice with a piece of fish. The only difference was that they drizzled the fish with sauce. Why a menu? Who warned us that at that price in a 5-star hotel we'd be eating scraps? Is this what a 5-star looks like?
Even though we were promised a breakfast buffet, we arrived and the lights were already off. It was empty. No staff, no sign of food. As soon as they noticed us, they quickly ran off to fry us omelets.
It's all so disrespectful and inconsiderate that words fail me.

*Drinks and bar hours:
The hotel's website advertised five bars. In reality, only two were open. We never even saw the other three during our entire stay. This begs the question: why advertise five bars if guests only have access to two?

The drink selection wasn't much better. The cocktail selection was practically nonexistent: two whiskey cocktails, a piñ a colada, and a mojito. The latter could hardly be called a cocktail at all: instead of being prepared properly, they poured sugar into a glass, added regular soda, mint, and lemon. The result was simply sweet carbonated water.

But the most frustrating thing was the constant problems obtaining even the most basic alcoholic beverages. To drink gin, vodka, or wine, we had to ask the staff every time to find out if they had them at all. Either they didn't have lime, or ice, or wine, or gin, or vodka. Every time, there was some reason why they couldn't get even the most basic drink.
Ultimately, the situation reached the point of complete absurdity: we had to travel to Cairo ourselves, not so much to see the pyramids, but to find a store and buy alcohol with our own money, just to be able to drink what we wanted, rather than constantly beg for drinks from hotel staff.

We came to relax, not to search for liquor stores in another city. It's especially unclear why getting regular drinks was such a hassle, considering we didn't abuse alcohol, weren't disruptive, and didn't cause any problems for the staff.

There was no higher-quality, premium alcohol at the hotel. Moreover, it wasn't even available for purchase. In other words, we had no alternative, either within the included options or with our own money.

The hotel guide was a whole other story. THEY FORGOT TO PICK US UP TO THE AIRPORT! Furthermore, he was a rare rude person, even yelling at me when I asked him awkward questions.

In the end, as an option to make amends (!!!!!! ! ), we were offered to pay an additional 27.000 and move to another hotel on our own????????
This is a shame, first and foremost, for Join Up.
