We had a great time on excursions, we took them from a local guide, his name is Mido Bikham, you can easily find it by name in social networks or simply through any browser search engine. He speaks excellent Russian, the organization and conduct are simply excellent, plus the price is lower than taking from hotel guides. It's a pity that no one speaks Russian, but they speak English.
