We visited the Egyptian hotel for the first time, and we liked the bangs and good attitude, although it certainly lags behind other resorts. The El Gouna resort itself is very picturesque, with a beautiful and rich sea. The only and perhaps the biggest drawback of the hotel is the food, and the restaurant itself with service is very average. Breakfasts are more or less good, but lunches and dinners are worse. Variety is scarce, a couple of days getting used to the specific taste of food. In principle, everything was available, but all the food became boring very quickly. Especially at dinner, there was always loud music playing that you almost had to scream, and you didn’t hear the friend’s arcs at all, we prefer a quiet environment. Cocktails and most of the alcohol are very weak, but the beer is not bad, and I liked the red wine, not cloying and light. The rooms are not bad, the only big drawback is the thin walls and almost no soundproofing. It was good to hear from the corridor, especially the noise woke us up early in the morning, again we got used to it for several days. Also very intrusive sellers near the pool, and on the beach in particular. All sorts of little things, excursions. Prices are three times lower than at the hotel. And the service is much better. We traveled by Luxor bus, a very convenient, excellent lunch, and it’s also convenient that you only need to pay when leaving for an excursion. Of the positive, of course, the sea, it's super! The beach is rocky, it is better to swim in shoes, but there are many fish. The entrance is very gentle, it took a long time to go to the depth. There are also often pleasant waves, the weather is windy, there are a lot of kiters on the sea. There are a lot of sun loungers, there are fences from the wind, so even in windy weather it is pleasant to sunbathe. I liked the animators, ate not to take into account the loud music, it was fun. Basically, the girls were entertained with games and various contests. The show program is bright, always interesting, I really liked playing water polo in the pool, as well as water aerobics, really interesting and fun. Another positive point is that the area is very beautiful. There is a lot of greenery everywhere, everything is very well maintained, they constantly monitor cleanliness and order. We can say that the territory is the most well-cleaned, in relation to everything else. Another hotel not far from the city, you can walk along the streets, or go shopping. The Internet is not bad, it catches in some places even on the beach, but in our room it is weaker. Almost everywhere it is on the territory, it is very convenient, sitting on the Internet has long become a bad habit)). In general, not bad, if you do not look at some shortcomings and do not get hung up on food.
