The beginning was laid at the airport on April 19, when a people of 200 people, having arrived 3 hours before departure, had to hang in clusters at the Pegasus office, since the Pegasus office was closed. It was impossible to get tickets. But then a miracle happened, 1.5 hours before departure, the representative finally appeared...
Well, there are no questions about the flight, bus and meeting.
Now to the point of rest. In order to clarify a little your idea of this wonderful FOUR STAR HOTEL, I am sending you photos.
1. The hotel is not 160 km from Hurghada airport, but 260 km! We drove there for over 3 hours!
2. The hotel presented on the Pegas website as 4* is actually a 3* hotel!
3. The nearest city is not 3 km, as indicated on the website, but almost 20!
4. The last time the hotel was renovated at least 10 years ago, everything can be seen in the photo.
5. The shower is always cold! There is no hot water at all!
6. Food should be mentioned separately. It is not very clear here what kind of "All Inclusive" system we are talking about:
Lunch should take place from 12.00 to 15.00
At 12.00 there is a crazy queue of hungry tourists at the tables. Coming to dinner at 12.30 you run the risk of not getting any bread or salads, only potatoes and pasta from the second courses.
And if you come to 13.00 you will only have to drink tea. When asked to replace the dish, they will answer that it has already ended. Imagine for a moment that the number
more than 100 people are offered 3 salad bowls of chopped tomatoes. but no more.
The tables are NOT wiped, and therefore, when you come to breakfast and lunch, do not first of all get ready that everything that the previous tourists did not eat will lie on your table
in pristine beauty.
Drinks should be touched separately. Of the local drinks, we had only cola and fanta. And that is not always the case. Beer, rum, whiskey, wine - keep silent about the quality - drink
this is generally impossible, but they could only be found in the bar until 22.00 by chance and always in a diluted form.
If we talk about the rest, then neither other drinks (non-local production) nor ice cream can be purchased - they simply do not exist. I sympathize with the tourists who got hurt

7. You will not be bored in the rooms - a company of ants is waiting for you. Nobody poisons them. on the first day after a quiet hour, I woke up surrounded by a flock of ants. At my request

8. Pools: only one works, the so-called adult. Water does not descend, water is simply poured there every 5 days. The pool is cleaned only from flies with nets.
The children's pool is generally empty.
9. The medical center is only called that, in fact, they conduct massage sessions there for $ 35. There is no medical help! There are no minimal medicines, not even iodine, not even a first aid kit, let alone a pressure measuring apparatus.
10. Well, I don’t want to talk about grass on lawns at all, because it doesn’t exist.
11. The gym is exceptional. of course there is equipment, there is enough iron. But the dirt in this gym is such that playing sports is unlikely to bring you at least some benefit, rather harm, it seems that it has not been cleaned since the opening of the hotel.
12. Those who expected, having paid for a 4 * hotel, to see hygiene items in the room, such as: shower gel, shampoo, soap, etc. , broke off hard, because a one-day bar of soap for the whole vacation was presented to their exacting taste. AND EVERYTHING! Well, at least they didn’t offend with toilet paper....
13. It’s scary to talk about the beach and sun loungers. Nobody cleans up on the beach, looking at the photo, you can understand what is going on there at all. Heaps of garbage, glass, concrete pillars - you will find all this in abundance on the beach. Beautiful scenery, isn't it?
