We went with Pegasus (pegast. ru). The ticket was purchased online. Everything went well. There were no pitfalls when buying a ticket. The only thing is that we received the exact time of departure and all the documents only the day before departure, so we were a little worried...
The plane turned out to be Orenburg Airlines. Its novelty and comfort left much to be desired…
At the airport, we were met by a minibus in which we were traveling together. As the guide promised, the journey to the hotel took 1.5 hours.

The hotel is good. Excellent staff - polite and unobtrusive. He does not flirt with women and behaves quite chastely. The service is equally good regardless of whether you tip them or not. True, it’s a little annoying to constantly ask to bring tea or other drinks at lunch and dinner and sign the bill for them (although for all inclusive all this is free). It would be better if you could take tea and juices yourself, as is the case for breakfast. But, apparently, since bracelets are not worn at the hotel, and not everyone is resting here on the all-inclusive system, it is easier for the staff to issue bills to everyone, and then figure out who should pay for what. The food is decent and quite varied, although for some reason foreigners focused on pasta... But I liked bakery products, stewed vegetables and fish the most.
It was also very useful that the "all inclusive" includes free use of the spa. Despite the fact that in April the weather should have been nice and warm, a strong wind almost constantly blew. Therefore, it was quite cold to swim in the sea and the wind-sheltered SPA with a warm jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and a cold pool helped a lot. As a result, we fully swam in the sea (with masks and fish) only three times.
Not a lot of fish, but we had enough. We even saw three boxfish at once... a flock of needle fish and some other rare fish...
The beach is large and sandy. Nobody interferes with anyone, In addition to the sun umbrellas on the beach, there are wicker screens from the wind. The sunbeds are comfortable and free. Beach towels are issued in any quantity. There are four pools: a paddling pool, a heated pool next to the bar, a cold large pool and a sea water pool right on the beach. But I have never seen anyone swim in it.
Slightly disappointed with the hotel room. It's a bit short of five stars. Plus quite loud air conditioning. But, since it was not very stuffy at night, we just slept with the window open.

Of all the excursions, we chose a trip to Luxor. But, unfortunately, it turned out to be terribly tedious... We were taken away first, so we left the hotel at three in the morning. The bus was with uncomfortable seats and it was not possible to get enough sleep. We traveled to Luxor for seven (! ) hours, although the Pegasus guides assured us that it was only five to go... The local guide Mohammed mostly advertised red and yellow tea, which you can buy from him. The way back took ten (! ) hours in general: one of the two drivers, whose name, unfortunately, I do not know, and who was not distinguished by accuracy when driving, punctured the wheel. They changed it for an hour with the whole crowd (a guide, drivers, an escort with a machine gun and two more traffic police cars arrived) - it was not possible to unscrew the spare wheel from the bottom of the bus. Finally, after the repair, for some reason, we were brought to a roadside cafe, where we waited for about thirty minutes for the guide and drivers to have dinner. Then we drove slowly, because the spare wheel began to beat, and the driver was afraid to accelerate. In a word, we spent a day on the tour! And, accordingly, we hardly slept for a day... If it were not for the local guide Aladdin from Luxor, who spoke very vividly and figuratively about the sights of the city, the tour would have been a nightmare! And so - they suffered only on the bus. But, in fact, we do not regret it, because Luxor is worth the pain. It's just that guides need to be told the truth about how long the journey takes so that tourists are prepared for such difficulties. Well, the Pegasus travel agency needs to purchase a new bus (not Chinese) with more comfortable seats so that you can sleep on the way.
Speaking exclusively about the hotel, we liked the Radisson much more than the neighboring Movenpick, where we went for a walk. Our hotel seemed to us more comfortable and greener. In a word, there are no complaints about the hotel. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is free, which is also important for those who always need to stay in touch. If we knew in advance that there would be no wind, then, I think, we would go to it a second time.
