I rested with my wife and three-year-old daughter in this hotel from July 8 to July 13.2021. The check-in went quickly, they immediately treated us to iced hibiscus tea, provided a comfortable 2-room suite, instead of the standard one on the 1st floor, as we requested. Before checking in, we had lunch, we really liked the restaurant, wonderful service, a wide variety of dishes, the quality of food is excellent. Our room (1236) was located in a quiet area near the pool. The room was large and comfortable, furniture and appliances were in good condition. Comfortable 3 bed, the child ended up sleeping with us. The territory has everything for a comfortable stay, 5 swimming pools of different depths, a kids club, I will separately note the territory, the whole hotel is a botanical garden, the whole territory is very well-groomed.
On the day of check-in, my wife had our wedding anniversary (5 years), many thanks to the animation team: Innes, Dasha, Yulia and Anoo, the guys congratulated us on the celebration on the hotel stage, it was very pleasant and touching, they gave us a bunch of balloons. The beach is located a 10-minute walk from the room, the entrance to the water is gentle, the beach staff help to find free sunbeds and settle down, a lifeguard is on duty, which I really liked that the first line of sunbeds is close to the water and it is easy to watch a small child, and also that they do not allow reserving sunbeds with towels, as our compatriots usually like to do, unowned towels are taken to the lost and found office, because of these measures there are always free sunbeds. There is a reef, it is possible to observe the inhabitants of the Red Sea without going on excursions. The beach has its own bar where you can have a bite to eat with 12 provide the following dishes: pizza, shawarma, burgers, french fries.
There is ice cream, drinks, packaged juice is very tasty, everything is very tasty and if you wish, you can skip lunch, you will not stay hungry. During the day and in the evening I will note the excellent work of the animators, interesting shows, work with children and adults. The restaurant of the Podsolnukh hotel is located next to the reception, the chefs surprise every day with a variety of dishes, a lot of meat, grill, fish steaks, ready-made whole fish, delicious snacks, sweets, people are very kind and friendly, I remember the cook Elsaid at the station with an omelet, a positive person and a good professional, we ate, as a rule, at the same table, the waiter Ali served us most often, special thanks to him, always attentive and courteous. The room was cleaned every day, the cleaner Mustafa pleased the child with figures from towels. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

In case of questions, the guys from the reception Anatoly helped us a lot (this is how he introduced himself, but I don’t remember his real name) and his replacement Mobtaser, everyone speaks excellent Russian with almost no accent, in case of questions they will always come to the rescue. Each hotel employee is friendly and ready to help make your stay more comfortable and memorable, all this happens unobtrusively and with dignity, I will note the Kamel supervisor for his concern for my family, it is very difficult to single out anyone, because the work of the hotel is a lot of work from manager to gardener. We absolutely loved it, given that this is not the first time in Egypt, and the proof will be that we are already planning to return to this hotel in the fall, when direct flights open.

I recommend this hotel for lovers of quality family holidays, with or without children.
