Lovely stay, from 11 to 20 February 2021 two adults and a child 5.5 years old. In Egypt 9 times and the second time in Makadi. As always, the Jazz hotel is on top. Especially the service. Liked everything. Special thanks to the children's animator Yulia, the children run to the club before the opening and it is not possible to pick it up before closing. Good evening program. The food is excellent, beyond praise. So many things, vegetables and sweets almost did not reach. A good place for an evening program, interesting and varied performances. Never repeated for all days. Didn't miss a single day. There is a good entrance to the sea, sandy beach. For children it is very convenient. There are no problems with sunbeds, an employee constantly walks around, moving the sunbeds and sweeping away the sand. This is very convenient. For the first time in all the trips, I would like to note the guide Anex Tour Hishama, very attentive and positive.
According to the room: they cleaned well, instantly responded to all requests, pleased with the bathrobe and slippers. The room is very spacious. A wonderful holiday for Valentine's Day, day and night. First time waiter service on the beach. Every day the manager came up to ask if everything was ok. The pool is very warm, I saw how the temperature was periodically measured in it. The impression that pizza and ice cream were available all the time. Good drinks: apple and orange juice from the machine (not UPI). The bar has delicious packaged mango and guava juices. Alcohol, wine in glass bottles. Nothing is restricted either at the bar or at the restaurant. Very compact territory with a convenient location of infrastructure. Even if I wanted to make a remark, there is nothing to complain about.
Arranged everything. I advise families with children and lovers of a comfortable relaxing holiday. I hope this is not our last trip to this wonderful hotel. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful holiday.
