Stayed with a large family of 5. A difficult night flight with a child of 4 years old..... arriving at the hotel at 4 am, unfortunately, there were no available rooms... I had to sit with bags in the lobby until 14.00 as it should be. The "magic guide" from the company Joyne Up came knocked down the money for the tour and nicely left)))) with an early check-in at least at 12.30, he could not help in any way. After we finally got the keys to the rooms, there was not a single porter and there was no one to take to the room (the hotel is not small, it’s not realistic to find it yourself if it’s there for the first time for a very long time). We safely took the suitcases in the teeth, screaming from fatigue of the children by the hand (everyone had not slept for more than a day) and went to look for our rooms in the unreal heat - WITH SUCH I HAVE BEEN FACED FOR THE FIRST TIME!!! ! CHILDREN (STAFF OF PRIMA LIFE) GUESTS ARE greeted and escorted to the rooms. The first day was torn out of life, to put it mildly, it was not pleasant. The safes in the rooms were closed, they asked to open them, we left a request at the reception twice, they wrote everything down in a log with us and..... zero reactions in 11 days. With a request to see the air conditioning in one room - the result is the same. In general, in short and to the point: a special "thank you" to the representative of Joyne AP in Prima Life who - took the money for the tour (65 euros per person) and forgot that we were going on it, forgot that 2 people were leaving 4 days earlier and was not going to send a transfer, for absolute indifference and zero help in solving problems. A special "thank you" to the reception staff who boycotted the tourists who flew in through Join Up (later it turned out that Joyne only takes a couple of weeks to this hotel, as they have nothing to do, but sorry, where are the tourists here). Many human thanks to the representatives who helped resolve issues with the extension of the number upon departure (note absolutely outsiders not interested people), which, again, could not be done by Join Up.
And now about the good))) A hotel with a large territory, good animation (great guys), excellent food, many thanks to the kitchen staff - for delicious food and friendly faces, solid pluses, the city is far away, but there is something to do on the territory of the hotel. Who doubts whether to go to this hotel or not - I advise you to go, and then you will get a lot of pleasure. Great hotel and 5 out of 10 rating for engaging reading!
