I arrived in Egypt with my husband in February 2018. The hotel was chosen with some help from friends and acquaintances. We were warmly welcomed at the hotel, offered to wait a bit in the lobby while our room was being prepared. Registration took about 10-15 minutes, they did everything quickly and without problems. The staff seemed to us very pleasant and helpful, they offered us a better room for a surcharge, but we refused.
We were put into a standard room. The room suited us completely and completely, a large bed, a refrigerator, a TV that showed Russian channels.
Toilet and shower in the same room, spacious.
As a rule, families with small children are settled on the first floor, with access to the lawn, which is very convenient by the way. At any time, your baby can go out through the balcony onto the grass and run barefoot across the thick lawn.

The area is nice and well maintained. There is a children's playground with a swimming pool, a slide, swings, and live rabbits running around. The kids really liked it. Separately, I would like to say about the fauna of the Red Sea, which only fish have not been met under water, and what is interesting is that all the fish are very bright.
They fed deliciously. The food was varied, tables and cutlery were always clean. In the morning, they prepare scrambled eggs and pancakes in front of you.
I can’t rate the animation, because my husband and I didn’t go anywhere much. On the beach, they periodically watched their work, others had fun.
The staff was friendly, no complaints. Themed dinners were held every evening in the main restaurant. Accordingly, the staff dressed each time in new clothes, the tablecloths on the tables also changed to suit the intended atmosphere.
Hotel guides constantly imposed their services on us (an unpleasant aftertaste remained). They said that if you do not take from them, it will definitely be bad (we will be deceived, thrown, left in the city, etc. ). It's good that we wrote to a familiar guide and agreed in advance with him about excursions. We went to Luxor, Cairo, to a paradise island, fished from a yacht. All this was very inexpensive. Plus, he gave us horseback riding for free. For which special thanks to him.
Hotel "Prima Life" is suitable for a relaxing romantic holiday with the family. Recommended!
