We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, breakfast had already ended, but all newly arrived vacationers were sent for breakfast after filling out the questionnaires. The hotel is braceletless, because ALL INCLUSIVE starts from the doorstep of the hotel and ends with a return transfer. After breakfast after 15 min. provided room keys. Vacationers in the hotel are 20-30%, all are accommodated in rooms after a complete renovation near the sea, with a fresh renovation, new furniture, curtains and tulle. It was 2 minutes walk from the room on the second floor to the sun lounger. The rooms are large (up to 40 sq. m), bright and clean, everything worked, towels in bags (beach towels too), there was even a clean toilet brush in the bathroom (recently this is a rarity in Egypt), with cosmetics: shampoo, shower gels and bodies, soap. There is a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, 1.5 liters of water per person. Room cleaning every two days. High-quality cleaning, with mopping and dusting. The cleaner Mohamed cleaned well, replenished everything in large quantities.
The hall at the hotel is the simplest, unremarkable, without pomposity and luxury. But the territory conquers at first sight, a lot of greenery, palm trees, ornamental trees and bushes, flowers and flowering shrubs, Scandinavian flower beds. The buildings are also all green, due to flowering shrubs growing vertically along the balconies to the roof. The hotel did a good job with the landscaping. The territory is small, compact, with the letter U there are buildings, in the middle of the U there are pools, water slides and eye-catching greenery, just a paradise oasis in the middle of the desert!
The beach is small, divided into two parts, active with animation, where exercises are carried out, water aerobics, yoga, boccia and volleyball, and calm. The beach is comfortable, light plastic sun loungers, good umbrellas. The beach is clean, every morning all the sand is raked, all the garbage is removed, the shelves under the fungi are wiped with a damp cloth. I would like to mention the scourge Abd Elrahman, who worked all day like a bee, so that vacationers could have a comfortable and clean rest. There is good music on the beach, more active during animation, calm and relaxing between animation. The music changed every 2 days and never got boring. Entry into the sea in three places is sandy, you can enter without coral, there are home coral reefs with fish. Corals are more interesting, if you swim to the right, an octopus lives there, sometimes a turtle swims, there are moray eels and stingrays and many fish common to the Red Sea.

The food at the hotel is delicious, European, the assortment is not very large, but every day everything is fresh and different. They prepared for a small number of people and tried as best they could. There were a lot of vegetables, a small amount of salads, for lunch and dinner, one type of rice and potatoes, several types of pasta, always chicken, beef and fish in different forms. On Tuesdays there were squids, on Fridays grilled shrimp, on Saturdays sushi without fish. The fruits are of good quality and three times a day they were almost never repeated, pastries and sweets are delicious.
According to the concept of the hotel breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant, lunch on the beach. IT IS VERY CONVENIENT!! ! No time is wasted on changing clothes to have lunch, you are all day outdoors, on the beach. For lunch and dinner, the magician-cook Jamal prepared delicious soups, fish soup and borscht with meat and sour cream (with potatoes), made delicious pasta and even made dumplings twice. It was delicious to be at home! For lunch, 6 types of pizza and shawarma (chicken and beef) were cooked in the oven. The pizza is delicious, tender with mozzarella, chef Gaber made masterpieces with pizza every day. Alcohol is only Egyptian (poured generously), bottled beer, bottled water on the beach at 0.33, brewed coffee in the hotel lobby.
The hotel clearly implements anti-covid measures. All staff in masks and gloves, animators even on the beach in masks. The whole hotel is hung with sanitizers and they are always full. Cutlery and napkins are packed. In a restaurant, bar, lobby, after each visitor, tables are treated with special solutions. The temperature is measured twice a day at the entrance to the restaurant and is recorded by the room number in the log.
The main value of the hotel is a balanced team, we have not met the best staff in all the years of vacation in Egypt. They are glad to every vacationer, get to know each other, remember by name, every day they ask how things are going. Everyone clearly does their job, you get on vacation, like in a big family, where you are taken care of not for $ 1-2, but simply so that you have a good rest. The bartender at Mohamed beach, the bartender at Mohamed's restaurant, the bartender at Ali's lobby, memorized your drink preferences and guessed when you approached them, joking and setting the mood. The waiters immediately took away the dishes, offered and brought drinks, both in the restaurant and on the beach. Every evening at dinner, the head chef came into the hall, asked if everything suits the food, asked about preferences. We want to thank everyone and everyone who left warm memories after the holiday. The hotel management - great fellows, they were able to organize the work of all links in the HOTEL chain so well!
