We stayed as a family in this hotel. Paid 2000 dollars for 10 days with a flight and transfer, living in one room (4 people).
I write the price as the price for local or some guests may be lower. Then the requirements are slightly different.
The sea is calm, the room is renovated.
Cleaning 1 time in two days (and should be every day). The pools are cold and the slides don't work. Only 1 pool was somehow heated, but the temperature was not quite comfortable.
The animation is good, but there is no show in the evening. Amateur beauty contests at the expense of the guests themselves.
The territory is green, but the management saves on lighting. Everywhere is dark. What is not the most positive moment for people with children - it is dangerous to let out in the evening near the hotel. And in general, for those who like to have lighting in the evening, here the darkness is dark.

Service: the animation is good, when laying food, local Arabs choose the best pieces for a long time, and there may be a queue. Lines for food are regular in this so-called 5* hotel. The hotel SAVES on staff.
The food quality is unsatisfactory.
1 fish dish - 1 beef - 1 chicken in the same form for 10-14-20 days in a row. Regardless of the period, cooks cook the same thing. The chefs are either beginner self-taught or they don't cook at all. Cooks have no concept of olive oil. They don't understand what it is. The cooks can't tell the difference between tuna and mackerel. Most likely, the hotel fired the chefs and hired people from the street who do not understand basic things. The dishes are tasteless and prepared in an unattractive way.
Disgruntled guests are offered food from under the floor to appease, and there are shrimps, crabs, and mangoes.
The management closed the main restaurant for lunch and herded all the guests to the beach restaurant, which created a hustle and bustle, which contributes to Covid. There were no tables, you had to wait. And this does not correspond to 5 *.
The only good thing here is the sea, well, the sea can be found on the coast, but with the best service and food.
The rating of the hotel is highly exaggerated and not true.
The price for this filling is very high, at least for us as foreigners. The hotel deserves not even 4, but 3 * according to the qualifications of the staff and the content.
We do not recommend this hotel for wellness.
