In Egypt, 4 times we always rested in 5-star hotels. We decided to go on vacation with my husband at a travel agency, we were offered this hotel at a good refusal price for 12 days, before buying a ticket, we read the reviews, of course we were very surprised by the bad reviews, but we thought for a good offer for the price why not go. the sea is good and can't it be so bad in 5 stars. When we were brought to the hotel we were in great shock. we have never seen such a dirty and not well-groomed hotel, it’s not 5 stars, but probably 1 star, there is only one person at the reception, they smoke everywhere, when we were given a room, I generally panicked, the beds are black, the bathroom and the toilet are all described and not washed, we moved 5 times when we were given a smaller normal room, we calmed down a bit. There is not a single representative of a tour company in the hotel, the staff can be counted on the fingers, very very dirty, the territory is very small, there is no greenery at all, the hotel is the last in Makadi, there are not even hotels in the neighborhood, there is only a desert, in the evening a lot of wild dogs come from the desert, it is very scary to move around by territory. there are no cameras or security, no one at the reception responds to your complaints. And when in the evening I saw that mice were running around the hotel, I generally lost all mood to be there. Food is just awful, people wrote the truth that you won’t stay hungry, but there are simply zero fruits, vegetables are all sluggish, everything is the same. Animation also sucks, very boring in the evening, we felt like pensioners after dinner. went to bed. They entertained themselves with excursions. at least somehow to escape from the hotel. It's just AD. Don't go there and ruin your holiday. There are no complaints about the sea, it is very, very beautiful, a lot of living creatures live under water. it is a pleasure to swim with a mask, there are also large turtles and moray eels and saltwater crocodiles and a lot of all kinds of different fish. But the sea and the fish are good day, the second and then you can just howl. And there is so much dirt everywhere that it's just disgusting to touch everything. Don't go there for any discount. Good reviews are written by animators on the beach for which they are given a bonus. There are great hotels in Hurghada. Just not here.
