I myself always approach the choice of a hotel responsibly and I am afraid of false reviews, as hotels are praised, but in fact you fall into such a hole... so we got into it, and were forced to pay extra and change the hotel. We moved here for dinner, we were immediately put on bracelets and sent to a restaurant to eat while paperwork was being drawn up. I just want to mention the guy at the front desk named Mohamed, they already noted him in the reviews and he is really a very nice guy, thanks to him))) He extended the room for free on the day of departure, tried to help in everything, next time we will go to this hotel with gifts. In general, the entire hotel staff is well-trained, all in uniform, polite, do not allow themselves any tricks or jokes.
We were given a room with a child (5 years old) with a great view of the park and the fountain in the center, in the main building. In general, in this hotel, all rooms face one side "inward", i. e. you will not have a desert view room, a fence or utility buildings, all with balconies. The room is very spacious, clean, everything is new, mini-bar. Water is available everywhere and only in bottles, which is also a plus. The area is large and green. A large heated water park, which can really be called a water park)) There is a pool with sea water and an artificial wave, a heated children's pool.
The children's area of ​ ​ the pool is fenced and is in such a calm that in November it was impossible to sunbathe there (32 ° C), it was calm, but this is a plus for the winter months. We realized that it would be good here in December and January. The bonus of this hotel is its own amusement park, from 18:00 to 20:00 for children it is free, for adults it is paid and after 20:00 it is also paid, but believe me - there are no queues and you can ride 10 times on all attractions in 2 hours . One day in the afternoon there was a parade of Disney heroes and clowns performed.

Nutrition. It is worth mentioning separately, since we are quite squeamish))) The main restaurant is new and clean, everything is quickly cleaned, everyone is working like bees. The food is more European, there is a dessert menu. Each evening has its own dinner theme, there were shrimp and crabs and shawarma... For breakfast, 2 omelette stations, pancakes, croutons, a lot of cheeses, bread products. For lunch, they cook pasta, you can choose whatever ingredients you want, a lot of greens and vegetables, different sauces. Dinners are a separate issue, something is constantly fried on the street. Very tasty pastries, I don’t like sweets in Egypt, but here I ate with pleasure. Very tasty ice cream. In general, there are no problems with food.
In the evenings live music, every day a different performer. Mini disco at 20:30 and then at 21:30 every day they invite artists to the hotel, while we were at the hotel, we watched fakirs shows, belly dancers, gymnasts and other dance groups.
The hotel is on the 2nd line, you can walk 700 m to the beach and at the same time walk around the hotel on the 1st line, there is a small playground by the sea or a bus runs every 10 minutes, go 3 minutes. The beach is small but cozy, there are cleared entries into the sea for children. On the beach there is a bar where you can have a bite to eat. Nice pier, lots of fish. A good reef, but even for those who dive, it is enough to put on corals and go up to the waist and there will be a lot of colorful fish near you. The sea is clear, the water in November was 25 °C.
Of the minuses, I don’t even know what to note, everyone will certainly find something to complain about. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's a fiver. You can safely go, the rating of this hotel is the same and I can advise it for families with children. The hotel has a shuttle service to the senzo mall ($10 round trip) for those who want to shop in the evening or go for a walk in the miniature Egypt park, there is also a sand sculpture park near the shopping center.
We will definitely return to this hotel again!
