Upon arrival at the hotel (we didn’t sleep at night, we didn’t eat almost anything), it was still almost 5 hours before the official check-in. The tour company told us that it would be possible to have breakfast and drink, and in general to use all the services of the hotel at once, and the room would be given at 14.00. But we had to wait 3 hours sitting in the lobby bar, we were allowed to drink only coffee, tea, cola, but they didn’t give us anything at all, but we were settled at 12.00 and not at 14.00. In general, in 5 * hotels they should immediately feed, drink, etc. , but we still went to the budget five, so okay, we won’t find fault with this. Move on.

cleaning in the room - 5 (a good cleaner, changed everything and always, clean, he also came to ask or cleaned well)))

reception - 2 (they don’t know where they have a restaurant, they sent us to a neighboring hotel, we ran for an hour looking for a restaurant a la carte barbecue with them, the next case - upon check-in, my husband and I were given two different beds, although we asked one, then they didn’t bring us the proper bathrobe and slippers according to the ultra all system to the room, they also didn’t fill the mini bar with soft drinks, which we were also supposed to, they extorted money for a room overlooking the pool, although according to our system it was already we were supposed to, we had to give 10 c. u. we spent the whole day in the room and played around with them at the reception - where we need to collect our things, and already at 7 pm my husband went there to swear and it turned out that the things had been standing there all day, they were just too lazy to send someone to take them to the room, and they kept talking during the day they “already carry” us, and we were nervous as if on pins and needles... oh yes, they also don’t have diving set for us according to the system - it’s closed, instead we were given coupons for a hookah, and we didn’t get the prescribed coupons for massage they didn’t use it - they went there to sign up, and they started pumping expensive massages into us, we refused and they just stopped paying attention to us... they didn’t swear, they just left, everything seems to be... )
in restaurants and bars - 2 (there are always no spoons, then plates, then water for tea, then milk, the queues are huge for everything more or less edible - you need to stand for beer for 15 minutes, and for an omelette in the morning - all 20... the tables are often dirty, not served, there are obviously a lot of people for such a hotel, the waiters do not have time to do anything, the situation in a la carte restaurants is no better - in Rossini I had to ask four different waiters for a glass of water for half an hour, and until I got up and went to pour it myself no one brought it... there were still many small nuances both in the lobby bar and in the pool bars, I will not describe everything... )
Food and alcohol:
general restaurant - 4 (in principle, as for the budget five, more or less, there are a lot of fruits, sweets, but the food is always monotonous, there are almost no sausages and meat, everything is somehow tasteless, what is tastier is quickly sorted out, sometimes undercooked, sometimes burnt. ATTENTION! I don't know what it is connected with - but I had very strong problems with my stomach in this hotel, almost all the time, just arrived - everything became normal. )
ultra all restaurant - 4 (there are delicious dishes, and there are terrible desserts, and they are also prepared in advance so they are not directly piping hot, alcohol is mediocre, Baileys is not poured)))
a la carte - 4 (in principle, I liked the food in Rossini, but not much in the barbecue, I didn’t go to the others)
bars - 3 (beer is still okay, you can drink, but it is heavily diluted and the rest of the alcohol is cheap shmurdyak)
Sea:
reef - 5 (beautiful, a lot of fish and corals, the only thing is that it’s deep, you can’t stand, it’s only possible without children, and the caretaker at the pier doesn’t allow you to feed the fish or sail a little further, so you flounder and there are a lot of people near you that it’s hard to turn around) ;

evening show - 1 (this is generally a complete pipets - the whole show consists of vulgar drunken Russian contests, there is no promised live music);
disco - 3 (small dark stuffy room, music - old pop music, an animation team works that teaches you to dance salsa on the beach during the day);
