in restaurants and bars - 2 (there are always no spoons, then plates, then water for tea, then milk, the queues are huge for everything more or less edible - you need to stand for beer for 15 minutes, and for an omelette in the morning - all 20... the tables are often dirty, not served, there are obviously a lot of people for such a hotel, the waiters do not have time to do anything, the situation in a la carte restaurants is no better - in Rossini I had to ask four different waiters for a glass of water for half an hour, and until I got up and went to pour it myself no one brought it... there were still many small nuances both in the lobby bar and in the pool bars, I will not describe everything... )
