We went on an excursion, the bus was late. What was most outrageous was that our representative did not warn us to bring a warm blanket and pillows with us. The bus was air conditioned and it was cold. When leaving, the only time I was told about the delay was at the airport. It's good that we had the very last flight and all flights that day to Moscow departed at the same time. And we didn't hang out at the airport. I won't be using this tour operator again.
