Очень хороший отель Very good hotel

Were in Serenity from 2 to 9 May. The only negative is the weather. Constantly wind from the sea, waves, etc. Nevertheless, they swam and sunbathed every day. Of course, the hotel does not pull on 5 stars, but it deserves a solid four.
During the settlement at the reception, there was an ugly scene performed by our compatriots. I put $20 in my passport and we were immediately carried almost in our arms, along with our suitcases, to a great room with a gorgeous view. Leave $1 every day to the cleaner and then everything will be licked clean and the floor washed with shampoo. And in general, as a piece of advice: treat the staff like human beings and you will not have any problems at all!
The food is pretty decent. The menu changes every day. Lots of vegetables. And fresh and all sorts of salads. With fruit, as everywhere in Egypt, it's sad. Bananas, semi-dried oranges, apples, dates. There are no juices. Lots of sweets. The grounds and pools are clean and well maintained. The hotel is ideal for a relaxing family holiday.
