Rested in this hotel with a friend from 17 to 27 June 2009. We knew almost nothing about the hotel, we relied on the reviews of random people who came from this hotel. Let me tell you - I liked it. The hotel met our expectations. I wanted relaxation, comfort, greenery and a good attitude of the staff - that's how it was. Settlement in the room was absolutely painless in terms of additional material costs, as is often the case. Nobody was given anything. A deluxe room with a great location in relation to all hotel structures and a wonderful view. The equipment in the room works flawlessly. Soundproofing is wonderful. The hotel staff is responsive and no one asks for a tip, it's only your personal desire. The room was cleaned regularly, although no one ever made any figures out of towels for us, although they left a tip, but this is not the most important thing on vacation. The furniture is very comfortable, you feel at home. The food, if not to quibble, is absolutely good. Each of the variety of dishes can find an acceptable food option for themselves. . And if we talk about additional restaurants, then they cook excellently there (seafood, meat, side dishes, desserts). There are many foreigners, but everyone finds a great common language. Personally, I was even lucky that during the trip I improved my spoken English and even this was not strained. A huge number of pools and their cleanliness is simply amazing. Despite the large number of vacationers, there is no feeling that someone is interfering with you and restricting your freedom in swimming. Choose what you like. . . You want a beach, you want a pool with this or that water. . . However, those who like to lie in the rooms longer will have a harder time, because almost all the good places will be already taken. . . The sea is just wonderful. Its beauty and its inhabitants are beyond description. The beauty is simply breathtaking. Bring your masks and snorkels, as well as slippers for swimming. You can also buy it there, but these are already additional costs (moreover, everything is not so cheap). Magnificent children's animators. Parents with children simply have nothing to worry about. There is also a children's room. And in the evening, the kids have a disco. In general, the hotel has everything for families with children!! ! Therefore, the main tourists in the hotel are couples with children. Animation for adults is also available (games, dancing, gymnastics). The guys are mostly Russian-speaking, but with knowledge of a foreign language. All are charming and funny. Every evening there is a concert in the amphitheater. Especially interesting are the shows with the participation of local artists. Live music is played every evening near the central bar. But there is no good disco. She then has a disco, but it starts late at 24.00, and the music is either acid or rap. We didn't like it. But we were not very upset by this, since we were not going to a disco, and everything else that replaced these dances was enough. On the territory of the hotel you can buy an excursion tour from your guide, but its price will be much higher than just a tout in Hurghada. It's up to you to choose. There is risk at every turn. Going on a trip, talk with friends, look on the Internet, so that later it would not be excruciatingly painful for the fact that you gave a lot of money to the wrong uncle and for nothing. this applies not only to sellers of excursion tours, goods, but also to the representatives of the tour operator themselves. The more information you have, the better for you. From what I have seen and know in Makadi Bay, this is one of the best hotels. Have a good rest!
