We went to the hotel for our honeymoon. I liked almost everything - the food, the territory, and the service. The whole group, and it was 14 people, was immediately told that there were no rooms in the main buildings, so everyone would be settled in the Sport Area, and this is a separate building located God knows where and from where it was necessary to go to the main hotel by bus. This is a normal entry for a five-star hotel : -( Moreover, the tour operator offered a ticket to this arena separately and cost 200 bucks cheaper. We argued with them for more than an hour, in the end some of the groups agreed to pay extra for the ultra (8 bucks per day per person), after which the rooms in the main building were immediately found.
Ultra practically does not give special advantages, the only tangible plus is access to the "royal" bar, where natural juices and imported alcohol were poured. Only Russians went there, so it would be more logical to call it a "Russian" bar : -)
In a la carte restaurants, there is simply no service, in Italian I had to chase the waiter to pour wine, they simply don’t fit the tables.

Everything else is just great!
The staff almost understands everything in Russian, so there were no problems in this regard, a very beautiful area, a magnificent beach - a huge number of rather large fish swam right under the pontoon, quite tasty food. Overall, it deserves five stars.
