To relax in this hotel, I had to run for the first day: We arrived at 5-6 in the morning, we were at the hotel at 7 in the morning, there was a standard in the voucher, we were immediately told that there were no free standards now, we were at the reception with a sports voucher and they all asked for an additional fee to settle them in a standard room, to which the answer was: $ 8 per person per day, you definitely won’t get off with 10 dollars in a passport, they gave us the key right away and said temporarily (bad room) that after dinner there will EXACTLY be a good standard, we are like cultured people they didn’t touch the bed or the towels, they believed that it was temporary, threw the bag and ran to the beach. After lunch, others at the reception, namely Mukhamed and someone else, with a completely "muzzle of a shovel" say that we do not have a room, "come tomorrow", we let's explain, it's useless, they say: "we only have suites left", how much does it cost ? , to which both: "I charge $ 5 per person per day", this is to settle in a suite instead of a standard, we got the money, they give us the key to see what we see: The usual standard, overlooking the amphitheater, with two beds. We go to the reception, we say: take the money, give the same "suite type" with only one large bed, to which the answer is "no, you don't like it, go to your bad room", Mukhamed's rudeness and deceit simply goes beyond all limits. We got angry, called the travel agency, since the headmistress is our friend, she made a fuss, and only on the trail. a day after dinner, without additional payments, they gave us what we bought at a travel agency, the room was normal, clean, towels were changed every day, then they took a receipt from us stating that there were no complaints. From a week of vacation, one day passed in hassle, with tears, in running around, I wanted to spit on all of Egypt and return home the same day.
If you are already going to this hotel, first study the quality of the rooms, otherwise, instead of a paid suite, they can give a standard or sports in general, but they will give it as a suite!
We talked with those who lived in the sports rooms, they didn’t tense up, they didn’t walk from there on foot, electric cars constantly ride there, carry them from the sports rooms to the reception and back. The advantages of sports rooms: tennis courts nearby, a water park nearby (opens by the new year), for residents of sports rooms the water park will be free, for the rest it will be paid, the buildings and rooms there are newer.

There was no discrimination against Russians, both Germans and Italians were dissatisfied with the rooms, this is generally a hotel problem - with rooms and with the ability to check in with dignity and without nerves.
The food was normal, and there were almost no meat and vegetables and sweets, there were almost no fruits, only dates and green oranges with green melons sometimes.
There are no complaints about the bar, we only drank beer (normal), I did not notice any discrimination against Russians in the bar.
We went to an Italian restaurant, by appointment for free, they gave us a menu there and said that everything on the buffet (salad, soup and fruit) is free, and pasta and pizza for money, so the waiter told us, I peer at the menu - there are no prices , calling another officer. I ask “where are the prices? ”, to which the answer is: everything is free. Therefore, keep in mind that they can rip off food and give it out as a tip, we ordered to eat without a tip, then these two waiters right in front of us and quarreled. After that, we no longer went to restaurants, the main restaurant of Monalis is quite enough.

The sea is wonderful, warm, the corals are alive, there are also dead ones, mostly living colored ones, many fish swim nearby. My husband even saw a flock of dolphins when he sailed away, we were told that this is a common thing. Many especially gifted morons feed fish, such as to take a picture in a flock of fish, they don’t know that predators come up for food, but they were seen regularly, black moray eels and sea lions, they should sleep in coral caves right under the feet of swimming tourists during the day, and they wake up for lure and can greatly damage lovers of taking pictures. No less gifted ones break corals in order to take a branch of colored coral home as a keepsake, as a result, this branch turns into a piece of lime in a couple of hours, and the whole tree dies in the sea (a coral grows 1cm in 10 years). There is nothing for children and schoolchildren to do in the sea, it’s just dangerous, the waves are strong, the predators don’t sleep, you dive from the pier and immediately break into the depths and along the entire beach there is a steep coral reef, you can’t see the bottom. I wouldn’t let my children go there, the entrance is only from the pier, there were especially gifted, namely obese and elderly people who tried to enter from the shore, but they were blown away on the waves and many hit the reef on the wave, “like lifeguards” whistle like that all the time, it’s also not safe for children to play in shallow water, shallow of course, the bottom is dead corals, but they have minks and caves, and sea urchins and other living creatures live there, it’s better not to climb and walk along this bottom in shoes. We did the right thing that we didn’t take our kids, although there were about 30 such children of preschool age, the animators worked with them, and minidisco 20-30 minutes every day and games with children on the beach.
Some of the beds were missing. We came to the beach before 7 in the morning and saw with our own eyes how the beach boys brought beach towels at 7 in the morning (as soon as they start to give out) and laid them out on sunbeds near the sea, then the Europeans who had slept enough bought these places from the beach boys for a tip. Every day we saw how arrogant Germans came, chose a sunbed they liked and demanded that the whipboy release it, for a tip, the whipboy threw off someone's homemade towel from the sunbed and gave the sunbed to the fascist. At 17:30 it is pitch dark, at 4 o'clock there is nothing to do on the beach, but the day starts at 6 in the morning.
There are annoying flies on the beach and no less annoying Arabs offering anything, even a man.
Tours. We went to Luxor, we liked it, the further our stop, the cheaper the souvenirs (it's the same everywhere, bargain, I don't want to). We went to the dolphinarium and I swam there with dolphins for an additional fee, I hoped to see dolphins in the sea, in their natural environment. As a result, it was the Kyiv Dolphinarium with animals imported from Kyiv (besides, the female was pregnant, i. e. with whims), located in the middle of the desert, a few kilometers from the sea, if I had known I would not have gone, the Arabs on the beach offer an excursion to "house of dolphins", such as in the sea in a natural environment, you can snorkel with dolphins, it's better to go there.
We had an emergency, we left for Luxor for the whole day and it turns out we forgot to close the safe in it there was everything and a lot of money and all passports and a netbook, we arrive - the safe is closed, does not open, inform the reception, security comes and reports that we left the safe was open, that the cleaner immediately called the security, and he closed it, all the valuables remained intact, we gave the cleaner $10 for this.

A Turkish photographer works at the hotel, he takes pictures very well, you can see a professional, no matter how many 100 or more photos there are, he corrects everything, if necessary, and photoshop, makes it very beautiful, even if you don’t buy all the photos, I liked it, I’ll post it later.
Even if I advise this hotel, then with a bunch of warnings and nuances, but I myself will not go there again, and in general I saw Egypt, I need to look at other countries.
