Hello. So I decided to write a review about the hotel.
What I didn’t like right away as soon as we arrived at the hotel (checking into the room, filling out questionnaires and other crap) - local time was 15-00 - 15-30, dinner was already over, the search for something serious was unsuccessful. To our questions about food - everyone shrugged and sent to the Marbella bar (near the main pool), explaining that there should be snacks. There were no snacks, maybe we just got on such a day. But first things first.
1) Number

I must say right away that we took the Sport Area. Leaving the suitcases and entering the lobby, we proceeded to the reception, where we were delighted with the news that they were settling in the standard. When asked why this was so, the manager shook his head and said that they (Sport Area numbers) were not ready yet. Well, we didn’t really resist, besides, we didn’t pay extra. After filling out the questionnaires, having received the keys, we were escorted to the room. I couldn’t figure out the lock on the door right away - later everything turned out to be simple))) We had room 3036, a pretty good location, overlooking the sea)) The room had flaws:
- the power button on the TV remote did not work;
- the hair dryer handle was greasy and cracked, and the hair dryer itself was old;
- there was no iron;
- the furniture is no longer new, but the rest (kettle, air conditioner, safe, lamps) - there were no complaints.
The manager was called, replaced / brought everything on demand. A little later, they brought bags, minus the loaders for careless handling of luggage (they broke a bottle of 0.5 vodka - I can’t imagine how they threw it). They brought 2 bottles of water (0.7), they were supposed to bring 3, so be careful - 1 bottle / person is supposed to. My score is 6.
2) Territory.
Territory - huge, green, many flowers. It is immediately noticeable that the area is well looked after. 5 pools, I swam mainly in the main pool and in the heated pool (located at the top above the main one). There is a golf course. There are gazebos and playgrounds with swings. Bedouin cafe (shisha bar), beauty salon, bazaar, pharmacy - on site. Loved the swinging gazebos by the pool. There is a gym (killed of course, but it will do). The owner is a German, he drives an electric car all day, the staff bangs))) Separately, I would like to say about the beach - the sunbeds are old, some of them did not fix the back. Beach - sand, not very clean, there was garbage. My score is 7.
3) Nutrition
In principle, the food is varied, there is plenty to choose from, and it’s hard to stay hungry. Basically - European cuisine, those who follow a diet - also have something to choose from. There were melons, peaches, bananas, oranges, tangerines, apples, strawberries (for an additional fee). Fresh - 3 bucks / glass. My score is 7.
4)Entertainment

Animators work well, it was not boring. There is table football and table tennis. With animators - darts tournaments, volleyball on the beach, water polo on the main pool. Kuku is a star)) Children can be left in the kids club with Lina, besides, she holds a children's disco every evening. Karaoke, different shows were every day. Disco in the lobby bar - every day. My rating is 8.
5) Staff
The staff is friendly and tries to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I recommend leaving a tip to the waiters upon arrival, then the attitude towards you will be appropriate. I gave the waiter a dollar the first time we came to the restaurant, and then he himself, while we were gathering food, brought 2 green and 1 black tea to our table... It was nice. It's the same with the bartenders, and with the cleaner (twisted swans out of towels, left a dollar every other day), and with the dude who gives out towels. Nevertheless - they follow the rules, if it is written that it is impossible to go to the disco in slippers - they will not let you in. Even for money. My rating is 8.
Basically everything. Maybe I missed something...... Write if you have questions, I will try to answer.
