Just got back from Egypt. We liked the hotel, even despite the fact that we were settled in the Sport Area rooms. By the way, before the trip I read a lot of negative reviews about the Sport Area. But everything was much better. Firstly, the Sport Area buildings were in the hands of the new Fun City hotel, which is part of the Serenity complex. Everything is new, more well-groomed and clean. Second: 1 minute walk to the new water park in Fun City (3 hours - $15). Of course, the security measures did not inspire confidence in me personally, but still we had a wonderful time there. Thirdly: a free bus went from the Sport Area buildings (never waited more than 10 minutes) to the reception and to the beach. Fourthly, if you are a fan of a relaxing holiday, this is the right place for you. We went to bed around 9-10 and got up at 7-8. All parties, noise and parties were closer to the sea. I remember swimming in the sea and one woman complained that she did not sleep the whole night because of the noise (she lived in the main territory). So choose what suits you best.
And yet, the sea is wonderful, the food is normal, the staff is friendly, a beautiful coral reef, a good beach.
