Good evening!! ! It was not the first time we rested in Egypt, the hotel area is excellent, good animation, there is a lot of food, though not enough seafood and fruits. Great guys work in the diving center. STAFF-HORRIBLE!! ! At the reception, boors flew, especially an Arab named AMR. Our friends from Denmark flew with us on vacation, they were generally shocked!! ! We went once to the water park, which is located in Fan City, on our return we went to the reception to pay for the water park, and they tell us that we were there two days earlier, we were stunned by such a statement, we were shown a check written out by hand, not in our handwriting and with a completely different signature. And they asked to pay, they said that you are Ukrainians and Russians are all the same, you went and now you are lying. We called the receptionist and our guide (CORAL), took a long time to figure it out, the administrator said that everything was ok and apologized for the misunderstanding. A few days later our vacation ended, we went to the recepshet to give bracelets, and we were told to pay for the water park, for the time we did not go. There was nowhere to go, the plane would not be waiting. Admin got frostbitten. In parallel with us, the same with other vacationers, they went to the reception before the flight, and they were credited with using the laundry, they did not have time to find out. A big plus is the awesome coral reef and beautiful fish!! !
