The review is long, for the lazy - the last paragraph)
I'll start from afar, or rather, from the tour operator, since a large part of positive emotions depends on him. We went with Join Up for early booking, for the "pit stop" promotion (this thing turned out to be useful this year, in view of the events in Ukraine, who are interested to find out from them). Having booked a ticket for 14 days in April, and constantly looking at the information about the departure on the operator's website, I noticed a week before the departure that the information had been changed, and we were already flying for 11 days. After waiting a few days for information from the operator, I contacted them and found out that the duration had indeed been changed, and that they were going to inform me (but as I understand it, it would be 2-3 before departure, so that you could not cancel the tour already , well, or, refusing, stayed at home). I was offered compensation for these 3 days, to put it mildly, not quite commensurate with the difference in prices for 11 and 14 days when departing from other cities. But since we tuned in to Egypt and being limited in dates, we agreed to compensation. As a result, from a very cool price for 14 days early booking, we got 11 days for the price like other operators. So don't look at the very tempting prices from Join Apa as it can be a disappointment. Further, the low price backfired on meager, even by their standards, food on the plane, but this is a trifle. At the airport, upon arrival, an employee of Join Apa called everyone in line to their counter. We thought it was a sinful thing that this was only to facilitate our arrival. But no, standing in line and getting to the counter, we were asked for 27 bucks (although the visa costs 25). To this remark, the employee replied that he was put in, and he did not know anything, and after a couple of phrases he pointed to the "Bank of Egypt" window where there is no queue and the visa costs 25. Other tour operators had similar counters, so go straight to the "bank Egypt" and take a visa from them without any "commissions". There are no complaints about the work of guides, both at the hotel, on the bus, and on excursions. Upon arrival in Ukraine, it turned out that the transfer bus from the airport to the city of residence could not accommodate all the tourists, so we had to wait another 2.5 hours at the airport for another bus. Also, the tour operator with a clear conscience stole another 1 day of rest due to late arrival (arrival at 7 pm at Hurghada airport) and early departure (4.3 am from Hurghada). Personally, we have drawn conclusions for ourselves and in the future we will not be engaged in Join Up, but you decide for yourself.
And now, what should be on this site - a review of the hotel.

1. Check-in / reception. There were no problems at all, all with smiles and no money. Bracelets and cards for towels were issued immediately and advised to go to dinner first, and then deal with things, so we did. Belboy showed us to the room, without him we would have really wandered for half an hour. They didn't forget to call the "alarm clock", lunch boxes were prepared. A couple of times approached them with questions and received normal service. So the score is 5.
2. Number. The room was nice, clean and well designed. In the room: refrigerator with daily replenishment of water (2 bottles free of charge + 1 day filled the minibar with "paid goods", but we did not use them, and did not receive claims about the shortage at the end), safe (free of charge), air conditioning, plasma, comfortable bed , armchair and sofa, large mirror, bedside tables. We lived on the 1st floor (3-storey houses), where instead of a balcony there was a veranda with a table, quite cozy. The bathroom is huge with a bidet, a shower cabin, a bathtub, a hair dryer, paper, but shampoo, gel and soap were in dispensers. Towels were changed every day, as well as cleaned, and they also made the cutest swans, elephants and figurines from towels, like 7 different figurines were twisted. The key to room one in the form of a card. Grade 5.
3. Territory. Well, it's just huge! The minus of Stella Gardens can be called its location on the 2nd line, but the ability to use the infrastructure of both Gardens and Stella Beach reduces this minus to almost nothing, even turning it into a plus, since you have an expanding area for walking, gatherings in the evenings, etc. A lot of pools, one with high slides and a bar, the second with artificial waves, the third just with a bar and a few "just" pools. Between the hotels from morning to night there is a shuttle bus every 10 minutes, but we did not use it. A lot of greenery, everything is well-groomed, of course, not without an abandoned glass or paper, but this is not due to the lack of garbage cans, believe me. It is advisable to take places near the pool early, since many tourists prefer them rather than the sea. Plus there are also children's pools and sand around the pools near the sunbeds. Grade 5.
4. Infrastructure. Between the hotels, or rather near the Beach, there are shops, there are quite a few of them, well, there is everything your heart desires. Many people recommend Misha's store, but it really does discounts, it is sociable, but go through the rest, with a well-suspended tongue, and you can bargain there. There are no tours there, in my opinion, only with guides and on the beach. Grade 5.

5. Beach. A huge beach, with a sufficient number of sun loungers and cozy "walls" from the wind, umbrellas, under the feet of sand mixed with small pebbles. On one side is the beach of another hotel, you can also swim there, they made a lagoon at home. On the other side is our pontoon. The pontoon is really long, but, as for me, not tense, because on the sides there are a lot of fish and all kinds of living creatures, stingrays, hedgehogs, and once even an octopus swam. Toward the end of the pontoon there is a descent where they made a small “backwater”, that is, they cleared the sea of corals, so there was sand under their feet and most of them with small children swam there, of course, if you sail away, then the corals begin again. There are sun loungers at the end of the pontoon, so if you want, you can sunbathe there, but we didn’t like it, because of the constant movement, they either load onto the boat, or just go for a swim. It was possible to jump and swim from the pontoon, both in good weather and with a red flag. Grade 5.
6. Sea. Gorgeous, as probably everywhere in Egypt. Mask and snorkel is a must! From the beach you can go into the sea, of course in slippers, as there are corals, hedgehogs, and stingrays swimming. 200-300 meters to the deepening in the middle of the pontoon (see paragraph above) you will be knee-deep. That is, you can get into the backwater without corals, both from the pontoon (first descent) and by sea. High/low tides are present, so the water can run right up to the lagoon. The depth can only be reached from the pontoon. If you want to go deeper, then descending from the pontoon to the right, by the way, it was from that side that we saw huge stingrays, a bunch of fish and corals (well, they are near the descent), and once even a big turtle. On the left side, it is not so beautiful and deep, but for those who are not sure of themselves, there is also something to see there. So swim and watch, watch and swim). Rating 5+.
7. Nutrition. All restaurants and bars within the two hotels are at your disposal. There are two bars + restaurant on the beach, but one bar was closed from time to time. On the territory of Stella Beach there is one main restaurant and 2 a la carte, in Stella Gardens there are more a la carte and 1 main one. The reviews said that the food is different in the Beach and Gardens restaurants, but I can't confirm this. Personally, in order not to waste time in the morning, we constantly had breakfast at the main restaurant in the Beach, dinner at the main restaurant in Gardens, lunch, most often at a restaurant on the beach. The variety may be lame, but the main thing is that we have never been hungry and have not been poisoned (for the sake of truth, I still had an upset stomach once, but my wife is all right). Breakfast - eggs, omelettes, sausages, sausage, cheeses, waffles, pancakes, fruits, vegetables, pastries, tea, coffee, juices. Lunch - at a restaurant on the beach - pizza, hot dogs / hamburgers, french fries, fruit, pastries, pasta. Coffee, soft drinks and stronger drinks are constantly available at the bars on the beach. Dinner - all kinds of side dishes: rice, potatoes, couscous, cereals, etc. , there was a grill (fish, chicken, jacket), but repeated, pasta, vegetables, fruits, pastries, I will note separately the rack with meat, for 10 days never repeated and each time it was very tasty. Drinks - tea, coffee, yupi (not like powder, but chemical composition), cola, etc. , from alcohol, rum, vodka, whiskey, gin, beer, wine, something else, they make cocktails from local alcohol for free. The beer is good, the wine is so-so, the rum maybe, the whiskey is rubbish. But if you mix everything into cocktails, it turns out delicious.
Of the minuses - it is very difficult to get into a la carte - entry from 9.30 to 10.30. At nine, a queue is already being built. So, if you want to get into a la carte, get ready to spend an hour of time. We preferred to relax on the beach, rather than walking to restaurants and waiting in lines. The second thing that surprised me was the queue to the main restaurant for dinner, as there was no free space from time to time. But if you come to the beginning of dinner, or an hour and a half or two after the start, then you will easily find a place for yourself. Grade 4.

8. Animation. It seems to be active, but here we are, so I can’t say anything for sure. We walked along the beach, for exercises, games, etc. they called, they played with the children in the "kids club", in the evening they lit up on the "show time".
As a result, we really liked the hotel and we are ready to recommend the hotel to friends and family, and would also like to come there again. Probably, the hotel is suitable for families and children, lovers of the sea and its flora / fauna, sun and a relaxing holiday. The main disadvantage is the queues when signing up for a la carte, and for dinner at the main restaurant. Overall rating of the hotel 4.8 out of 5
