The trip began with a very unpleasant impression from the JoinUp tour operator - when meeting at the airport, representatives of the meeting party began to demand $ 27 for a visa instead of $ 25, allegedly for speeding up the process of obtaining a visa. Although there were no other tourists at the airport, except for ours, and only one window worked for obtaining a visa. In addition, the greeters tried to demand another $2 for filling out the questionnaire. Representatives of JoinUp got angry at the indignation of tourists, shouted that if we don’t like it, we need to go to Sharm. Upon arrival at the hotel settled immediately at 10.00. The room is small but clean. There are no such nice tubes and jars of shampoos and shower gels - 2 containers hang on the wall near the shower. There was no ventilation in the toilet. 2 bottles of water were replenished daily. Housekeeping was great. The choice of dishes in the restaurant is large, the food is delicious. The dinners featured dishes from different countries (India, France, Italy). Seafood was served twice. The hotel area is large. Of the 7 pools, one is heated. The water in the heated pool was cold. Great animation. The guys are funny, groovy and discreet. Tried to pay attention to all vacationers of different ages. The second time we were disappointed by JoinUp was when we bought an excursion to Luxor. We were charged $87 for the tour instead of $80 as in other hotels. The hotel guide promised a good Russian-speaking guide on the tour and a boat trip along the Nile for an hour with lunch. As a result, the guide was local, slept most of the way, began to talk about Egypt only after the indignation of tourists. The language is incomprehensible, with an accent. The tour is uninteresting, fluent, with vulgar jokes. In addition, at all stops the guide was late to smoke a hookah, and the whole group was waiting for him. Lunch was in a terrible restaurant with little choice of food and the Nile boat trip was 15-20 minutes. I do not recommend this tour to anyone and will never fly from JoinUp again!
