Just got back from Stella. Before the trip, I could not find reviews about the hotel, I was seduced by beautiful photos, a good price. We used to rest in Makadi, so I knew that there were no bad hotels there.
A good hotel for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday, sunbathe and swim (I will write about swimming below).
I will pay great attention to the fact that there are almost no Russians in the hotel !! ! No more than 5% of vacationers. This is a big plus for normal people who are constantly pissed off and behave accordingly compatriots. It will also be very difficult for you if you do not speak English or German. Mostly Germans, Italians and French people rest there.
The staff is professional and polite.

Now more. We drove from Tez-tour. The transfer to the hotel took about 40 minutes, in a cozy minibus. Registration was very fast, as the key and documents were already ready. We did not really like the first room, as the side view from the balcony was of a construction site, although this room had a sea view. Without sorting things out, I went to the reception and asked to change the room, they very kindly agreed and even offered several options. They changed the standard room at no extra charge, but if you want pool view-3 euros per day from the room, sea view-5 euros. We were settled in the very first house from the sea, but the balcony overlooked the hotel street and the pool. This is a standard number.
The rooms are basic, clean and comfortable.
The food for Egypt is good, every day they tried to cook something new, in general there is a choice. Fruits included bananas, apples, peaches, melon and watermelon.
All inclusive for alcohol is valid from 10 to 23. At the pool bars and on the beach until sunset. Whiskey, tequila, rum, gin, vodka, wines, etc. are available. Alcohol is local, but of normal quality and not diluted.
Animation works well for a quiet hotel, during the day they hold all sorts of games, sports activities, aerobics, yoga, etc. Cool play and dance with the kids, but do not forget, they do not speak Russian! I put on a show tonight.
There is a disco - from 22 to 2.
The territory of the hotel is average in size, beautiful pools. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool and on the beach!
BEACH! The beach itself is good, wide and long, it is not crowded there like on some other Makadi beaches, BUT if you want to swim, you have to walk 300-400 meters along the pier, and swim from there. There are two descents - one with a sandy bottom, it's not deep there, the second one is on a coral reef - it's deep there, beautiful corals and a lot of fish. In general, you can’t buy from the shore. Every day there were high and low tides, the water goes 100-200 meters. This is probably the only small minus of the hotel.
Buses run from the hotel to Hurghada and El Gouna. In the morning the bus to Hurghada is free. In the evening 5 euros. In El Gouna 8 euros.
There is an Internet, but not wi-fi, their computers. It costs about 8-10 dollars per hour.
Money can be changed at the Makadi Center in the bank, there are also shops and a "super market". Walk to the center for 10-15 minutes along the beach. Prices are higher than Hurghada, especially in the grocery store 1.5-2 times. My advice - buy everything in Hurghada, there is a better choice and lower prices.

Water sports are expensive, I compare with other countries. For example, a full diving course is 345 euros, parasailing is 55 euros (and this is, like, with a big discount)!
In general, I can give our rest a 5-ku.
