This is a chain hotel, it was advised to me, I took advantage of the offer and went there, especially since at that time there was a good price for it. The hotel is nice, the only thing is the long pier. This is normal for adults, but this hotel is not suitable for families with children, because children will not be able to swim in the sea, but only in the pools. . . Regarding the check-in, I will say that we did not expect until 14:00, at 7 am, when we arrived, we were given the keys to the room, but we were not sent to breakfast. It usually happens the other way around, but this hotel had to somehow get the tourists fed, for whom this breakfast was included in the price. Many rooms do not have a very good view (on the landfill, on the fence), so I changed the room three times. I am not the first time in Egypt, so I know that this is a common practice. A lot of Poles rest in the hotel, they are accommodated in better rooms than, say, tourists from Ukraine, I don’t know why. . . We got worse rooms. As a result, from the 3rd time they gave me a good number. The food is very good, excellent. The territory is well-groomed. There is a problem that it is difficult to get to Hurghada, you need to take a bus for $ 7 or a taxi, which was quite expensive, but, in principle, I knew about it in advance. If I wanted to have shops nearby, I would have gone to another hotel, so the location suited me. On the territory of the hotel there were not large shops where you could make some small purchases, there were also 2 pharmacies nearby. We did not buy excursions from the guide at the hotel. The impression of the guide was not pleasant, he is attentive, answers questions, but only until he realized that the tourist would not buy a tour from him. As soon as he realizes that they won’t buy the tour, the tourist becomes uninteresting to him, I found out all the information I needed anywhere, but not from the guide. Another such moment, the guide offers a sightseeing tour, but in fact there is no sightseeing tour, people are being taken to several shops, that's all! The people at the hotel were very outraged that they were given false information about this sightseeing tour, which in reality does not exist.
