You are required to issue a gold bracelet. You are treated more attentively among the staff, a plate of fruit in the room, and most importantly: if you have a late flight, you will be extended your stay in the room until 15:00 for free. You can also ask to be moved to a better room. When checking out from the hotel, your bracelets are not cut off, which is nice, we left things at the reception and went to the sea, used the restaurant and bar.
The attitude of the staff, even if this is your first time in this hotel, is very attentive. I would especially like to note the work of the manager Rafael in the restaurant. He is always very attentive to the guests of the hotel. If you have any problems, whether in the restaurant, on the territory, in the room, you can tell him about it. Or contact the hotel reception. Special thanks to managers Said and Max. Always very attentive and friendly. The waiters are all as one very attentive, did not have time to put a plate, it is already being taken away. The service here is European!
Along the beach: the strip of the beach is about 700 meters, sunbeds are free, waiters will always come to you and offer drinks, which we noticed on the last day before departure. Since the whole rest we did not lie on the beach, but rushed back and forth. There is a kids club, our child was surprisingly happy to run there. And we had time to swim at our pleasure or play with the animators.

It is very important if you swim far enough from the shore, don't worry, even if you don't move, the current will bring you back to the shore!! ! The pier is very long, but while you are walking along it (about 4-5 minutes) you can observe marine life. Those who like free sandy entry into the sea can try to go on an excursion to the nearest hotels on the right and left, they are allowed into the territory, but it is better not to use the sun loungers of other hotels. To the right of the pier there is a large coral bay, if the sea is dirty, or there are a lot of jellyfish, you can safely go and swim there, there are almost no waves and it is always clean, which is also very important!!!
A la carte restaurants: we didn’t go to them, the main restaurant had a different cuisine every day, and Italian, German, Lebanese, Mediterranean, on Tuesdays - fish. Those who went praised the Italian.
From the first aid kit, do not forget to stock up on nifuroxazide or apple cider vinegar, by the way, there is enough of it in the restaurant. At first, the daughter had problems with digestion, possibly from a change in water.
masks and fins are better to buy on the spot, much cheaper even in hotel shops than here. the same applies to children.
Excursions were taken from the guide, did not risk, since we had a 5-year-old child with us. Prices from $25.
A hotel for a relaxing holiday, there is no drive here, everything is measured, calm. We didn’t go to the disco, the club on their territory starts working from 11 o’clock. We missed the evening show program. Children's disco is the usual, like everywhere else.
The territory is large, wide, very well-groomed, many green lawns, good with children. Our room was on the 1st floor. don't forget mosquito repellents and fumigators! ! Here or for the ecology of the territory of the hotel they are not very carefully poisoned. There are almost none in the Garden! To Gardena, you can walk along the alley past the chalets. These apartments are also bought by Russians. They use them as a summer residence, and go to the hotel restaurant for an additional fee to eat.
