Good afternoon. I usually don't write reviews about hotels, but in my opinion, this hotel really deserves attention! Since my family and I have a certain experience of holidays in Turkey and Egypt, that is, with which to compare.
Upon arrival, the transfer was organized, as always, at the level (only the littering of the surrounding territories that increases every year is surprising). The hotel was placed quickly enough, the staff at the reception polite. The vast majority of hotel rooms are seeview, so don't overpay when buying a ticket! The rooms are neat, as for Egypt. The territory for such a number of rooms is spacious, neat, well-groomed, green! Vacationers in the hotel: most of the Germans, there are French, Italians, British. Russian-speaking vacationers are no more than 10-15% (which is good news)! An unbiased and kind attitude towards everyone!
In the evenings, the Mazazeek bar becomes the "Third Reich" club : )) During the windy season (December-February), the area near the pools is well protected from the wind. Who is not afraid of the wind - there are always free sunbeds on the beach. Reviews of tourists about a kilometer-long pier are not true, the length of the pier is 300-400 meters. For those who do not like depth, there are side stairs in the last quarter of the pier to a depth of approximately 80-100cm. There is a sandy bottom, you can not even wear slippers. At the end of the pier there is a coral cliff with beautiful corals and magnificent fish! There are more corals and fish than in Sharm, which pleasantly surprised me!! !

Nutrition. The main restaurant is one, near the reception. A set of dishes, basically like everywhere else in good Egyptian fives, but everything is cooked deliciously! Gorgeous Egyptian natural bread, in contrast to the chemical-synthetic Turkish! The choice of fruits is seasonal: guava, sweet green melon, apples, pomegranate, grapefruit, oranges, tangerines, bananas.
Sometimes strawberry and pineapple. From meat dishes - beef in different variations (kebabs, boiled, etc. ), fried and grilled chicken, very tasty and tender fish (fried in batter, boiled and grilled in foil), baked lamb. Sometimes turkey, grilled shrimp and quail. We even tried camel meat for New Year's dinner (an interesting taste of meat). So what! ! ! ESPECIALLY! ! ! pleasantly pleased, the staff in the restaurant is quiet and neat: there is no roar of forks, plates and the sound of other dishes, unlike most hotels in Egypt and Turkey, which turns the restaurant into a Soviet canteen! The collection of alcohol on the all is common for all Egyptian hotels, I will not dwell on this. New Year's Eve dinner was not bad, except for tables with champagne, which turned out to be local wine diluted with mineral water. Partly upset by the sanctions for bringing alcohol with you: 10-20 dollars per bottle.
The show program is quite diverse, although the work of the animators was on top! Separate greetings and thanks to the guys from Nikolaev.
Tours. For several previous times of being in Egypt, we have visited almost all excursions, but I will stop at a sightseeing tour of Hurghada (for those who are flying to Egypt for the first time). The guides try to cut off the cultural program and, due to this, take you to more shops. They take to stores with which they have an agreement to rollback from your purchases, so it is almost useless to bargain in these stores. Their prices are unrealistically high (especially in Karnak Bazar). I fully support the previous reviews about souvenir shops near the hotel - the prices are very reasonable + bargain + gifts ! ! ! The lure of guides that you need to buy a tour only from them (otherwise insurance does not apply) is nonsense, because.

insurance with us - the minimum package: the maximum to cover the scratch with green paint, and even then, if you did not take alcohol. And since most of our tourists are constantly "on the poker", then draw your own conclusions. We booked an individual quad safari (4 people) on the hotel's beach. A complete delight (especially after the quad safari ordered from the guide in Sharm, when everyone had to go in one line through the desert with dead smelly camels on "killed" quadras !! ! ). On the way, we stopped at a deserted coast, the escort fried fresh colmar in a fire with us (very tasty). A lot of photos and pleasant impressions!! !
My conclusion: great hotel and staff, wonderful stay! ! ! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and quality holiday! ! !
