Check-in / check-out: arrived at about 10 am, settled in 30 minutes, an hour later (at 11:30) put on bracelets.
They speak Russian at the reception, the staff is polite and attentive. They settled in the 8th building (far from the main building and the sea), but the territory is so conveniently made that it did not bother at all.
Suitcases are taken to the room.
Checked out from the hotel at 15:00, the room was vacated at 12:00 (again, they came for the suitcases and took them to the reception), the bracelets were not cut off, which is very nice, since you could have lunch.

Rooms: there was a room in the 8th building on the 1st floor. Everything worked in the rooms, everything is clean, large balcony. Were: shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, soap, sewing kit (there were no slippers and bathrobes). everything is in sufficient quantity and replenished during cleaning. Every day they put 0.5 water in the room. To whom it is not enough, it is not a problem to pour additionally into a bottle from a cooler.
Service: very attentive and polite staff. At lunch / dinner / beach they come up and ask about drinks. I did not notice any difference in relation to Europeans and Russian speakers.
Meals: no plastic cups in the hotel (Hooray! ). In the animation zone, the restaurant, only glass (the glasses are all clean, without foreign odors), on the pools and the beach - paper glasses.
Coffee machines, water, juices, carbonated drinks are always available. No need to turn to bartenders for this - pour it yourself. The food is varied. Meat (chicken in several versions, duck, turkey, beef in several versions, lamb, liver, there were 1 time quail), fish (fried in batter, just fillet, fried whole, 1 time there was tuna), crabs, squid, fruits: apples, pears, bananas, several types of dates, persimmons, grapes, guava, melon, 1 time there was a fig.
Lots of sweets, really. Sweets for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Alcohol: for me it's very normal and poured generously into cocktails. The men brought whiskey with them, took it back, as there was enough of everything and quality standards.
You won't leave hungry here for sure.
Animation: disco for children in the evening, dancing animators and live music (the singers changed), on some evenings there were no places in the animation zone at all. The territory is cool, but there are no benches or gazebos on the territory. If you sit in the evening, then only in the animation zone (where there may not be a place).
Sea: ebbs and flows are pronounced (changes are noticeable during the day), long pantone. Walking along the pantone is not stressful, you can look around at the stingrays and various fish.
Swim only from the pontoon, not from the shore. There are a lot of fish, every day we saw a new species. On the pontoon on the right under the stairs sits a large moray eel (we watched it for several days in a row))).
There is a shopping area on the territory of the hotel: there are a lot of them. fully compensate for the lack of a promenade.

We liked the hotel, everything is very high quality / beautiful / tasty.
