We had an early flight, at 04.30, and the children and I did not sleep all night, we arrived at the hotel at 10.00-10.30 in the morning. At the reception, we were asked for documents for settling, but before that we stood for 15-20 minutes and waited for the manager to talk on the phone, and with the Arabs, who were not going to leave the counter. Then it was our turn, they took the documents and told us to go to breakfast. Arriving for breakfast, we were horrified, because there were a lot of Arabs around, families with children who looked at us as aliens (this was especially unpleasant), since there was a late breakfast, there was nothing more to eat except scrambled eggs and vegetables.
Tired of the heat and shocked by the contingent, we went to the hotel lobby in the hope that we would be settled as soon as possible. There were no problems with the settlement, we were given a one-room suite and put a cot, not far from the sea (((I really asked to give us a two-room suite for money, but they refused, despite the fact that the hotel was occupied by 30%.
Contacted the guide in order to change the room, but to no avail. We resigned ourselves and decided not to spoil our holiday. Every day there were more and more Arabs (((Firstly, it is almost impossible to go into the pool, because they are all sitting there with children and circles, noisy, littering, throwing everything at your feet. Do not count on wi-fi, it works very poorly and tight, they offered internet for 10 dollars in the room. for 3 days. The territory of the hotel is sooo well maintained, green and beautiful. The pools are cool, there are 4 of them, and for children there are also for adults. Room cleaning on request, due to quarantine they do not clean every day, beach towels are also changed on request. Cleaning is the most ordinary, nothing special, we left both chocolate with 1 dollar and seeds with dollars, but we didn’t cheat anything)))))))

The time came at 13.00 and the children and I went to a restaurant for lunch, to which the guy at the entrance asked for the room number and said that we did not have the right to have lunch today !! ! I was shocked, we showed the bracelets and said that we have the right, in the end he said that he only understood English))))) During our stay at the hotel, he understood us perfectly)))))) We were there they are not alone, there were three families who were told GOOD BYE!!! ))) This speaks of their attitude towards their guests.
Next, coming to the manager, we began to demand an explanation why. We were told that we had lunch on the first day and therefore we can’t have lunch today)))) When asked why they didn’t warn at breakfast, they said that this is the hotel system))))) I asked a question, is it really a pity to give them lunch boxes to feed the children, they shrugged in response... They said that we can have lunch for $ 16 per person)))) In general, through negotiations, we were offered lunch on the beach at 14.30 as an alternative - pittas with spicy meat, french fries and pizza... and all this in the heat of 40 degrees for children)))))
Yes, it is clear that this is better than nothing, but I believe that it was possible to get out of such a situation with dignity and not fall face down in the dirt. Moreover, this happened in front of other guests, and this is the reputation of the hotel. We didn't drink alcohol there, we didn't eat at this hotel and in the end it's....
I will never return to this hotel because of this attitude.
