Rested in this hotel with the whole family. This is not the first time in Hurghada, so there is something to compare.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the reception and lobby look quite simple, compared to the hotel where we were last year (I will not write the name on purpose), everything was bright, written, like chic. After the morning departure we were very tired, we went to the hotel at 10.00, so I was immediately surprised that at this time we were immediately given a room, and did not have to wait near the lobby. The staff is friendly, women are not shot in the eye. The employee took our and another luggage and escorted us to the room.
I liked the room immediately (last year in another hotel the room had to be changed, which immediately makes a siege ... ). Cleaning daily. In addition, produce on the bed and swans, and dogs, and snakes. There were problems with the air conditioner (condensate was on the front door and on the ceiling under it), which their specialists eliminated according to the instructions of the cleaner, without our intervention.

I really liked the pools. Made with sense, no sharp joints. Lifebuoys on the leather steps to the pool. There are 5 of them:
- one children's 65 cm;
- one 135 cm adult and teenager with a bar and a volleyball net, there is also aqua aerobics (cool thing);
- three pools that pass to each other - 125 cm, 155 cm, 155 cm.
We were in the season of high tides, so the children in the pools liked it even more.
A special impression - a variety of cuisine, especially meat dishes. Be sure to visit Indian and Italian restaurants. You can write here for a long time. The only thing that last year's cocktails at that hotel were tastier (but for an amateur). Beer norms.
The animators are handsome. Different shows every night. In the afternoon aqua aerobics, yoga, with children. In the dining room in Russian they want something delicious.
On the Independence Day of Ukraine, a themed dinner with a live concert with Ukrainian songs was held at the beach restaurant.
The staff itself is friendly, unobtrusive, correct. Special thanks to Mohammed for good communication.
