Despite the fact that the check-in was announced at 14:00, and we arrived at the hotel earlier, we were accommodated promptly upon arrival. We lived in building 2, which is close to the hotel lobby, restaurant, pools and the sea.
The room is spacious with a large balcony, good-quality furniture, quality comfortable mattresses and pillows. All appliances are in working order: air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, etc. Very clean bathroom with new fixtures. Towels, bed linen were changed regularly and the room was cleaned very well.
The territory of the hotel is a real oasis in the desert, which is surrounded by greenery. Gorgeous palm trees, flowering trees and shrubs, a neatly trimmed lawn. It is incredible that such a riot of colors can be in the desert. On the territory of three pools, sun loungers and umbrellas enough.

At night, the illumination of pools, paths and palm trees creates a unique atmosphere. I was very pleased with the almost perfect cleanliness of the hotel. There were minor flaws, but they can be attributed to the human factor.

About the observance of sanitary standards in the hotel during the Covid 2019 pandemic: the staff and administration of the hotel are always wearing masks, in restaurants at every table, cafes on the beach, and other places where tourists stay, sanitizers. We constantly observed the processes of washing and processing tabletops, railings, handles, pier handrails, deck chairs, etc. Tourists on the territory of the hotel were without masks, when leaving the territory - in masks. At the entrance to the restaurant always took the temperature.
We did not notice any shortcomings that could spoil the rest. As a wish, it would be possible to increase the Wi-Fi coverage, as it does not always work stably and only in the hotel lobby. And it would be nice to consider drying for things inside the balconies. In my opinion, hanging towels, and especially shorts and swimwear, on the railings of balconies spoil the view of the facades of buildings.
