The whole family was going to go to Hurghada back in March, but had to be rescheduled for autumn. I am very pleased that everyone is very responsibly fulfilling sanitary standards. Upon arrival at the hotel, the room was already waiting for a package of new medical masks for all family members; cleaning in the rooms every day, very high quality and every time the hotel staff puts various figures decorated with flowers from towels and pillows) Also every day they bring several bottles of water for the whole families (one for each) if you wish, you can ask for water at the reception and in just a few minutes several bottles of water will be brought to the room.
The hotel staff is very friendly and sociable, always ready to help if needed. The food is also excellent, the buffet, everything is hot, tasty and fresh, some dishes are even prepared right in front of the tourists, which looks very impressive) There are three swimming pools on the hotel territory: for adults, with a bar and for kids. Very funny, active, sociable and generally cool animators, every day they invite everyone to water aerobics, etc. , and every evening a new, very interesting program. not very good internet, but everything is fine at the reception, the only negative that I can note is a small playground that stands right under the sun and a small variety of fruits that kids love so much. But in general, everything is fine, I recommend it to everyone and I hope to visit here again, the hotel is just wow!! !
