The rooms are good, everything worked properly. Yes, and do not sit in the rooms, we go there. There are no mosquitoes, there are no foreign smells, the air conditioner worked perfectly, like all plumbing. Everything is nice and cozy. Cleaning is no worse and no better than in any of the Egyptian hotels, and I have seen them quite a few in 10 years. Towels and linen changed, that's the main thing. Water, tea, coffee provided. Swans were spun regardless of whether you leave a dollar or not.
The area is very beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant here is at least a little like a restaurant, and not an eatery-dining room, which you have seen in other hotels. Quite clean and decent and the service is good. the staff is friendly. But he's like that everywhere in Egypt. The kitchen was great! Probably the best one I've seen before. Fish and squid daily in dozens of options. We tried sushi once, very good. There were once and shrimp and crabs. I won’t describe the variety of meat dishes - I don’t have the patience to describe everything. In short: very tasty and varied. Awesome donuts. The grill is always there. I won’t write about baking either, it is beyond praise. However, like all other oriental sweets. I’ll say one thing: no one will be able to try everything, too much, tasty and varied.
Well, we already wrote about the Internet, there is nothing to add: only at the reception. Yes, we had enough: the reception near the restaurant, three times a day with whom you need to talk was enough. And more is not necessary. They didn’t come to sit on the Internet. The pools are very good. It makes no sense to describe the Red Sea, for the sake of it we go there, in my opinion it is the best in the world for a beach holiday. But to get into it through a five-hundred-meter pier, it's a 5-minute walk. Although with such food it is rather a plus. To the pool and the sea from almost any room 2-3 minutes walk. sun loungers are about 10 to one with vacationers, that is, ten for each, even more. There is no rubbish in the hotel!

Now the animation: it started with a charge at 10 am, then water aerobics closer to dinner. After lunch, too, the animators worked perfectly: volleyball, yoga, various other activities. Very nice nice guys: Adam from Egypt, a good organizer, however, like his whole team: Olya from Belarus, Nuri from Kazakhstan, I don’t know the Egyptian boys by name. At the end of our holiday, the incendiary Annie from Armenia also joined. The girls are all young, breathtakingly beautiful, energetic, cheerful, friendly, sociable. They did not leave anyone unattended, for almost every guest they found time to talk, which is very nice. In the evenings there were always interesting performances. In general, the animation team does a great job.
Now about who is resting: half from Ukraine, a little from Belarus and a little less than half, and maybe no less than the Egyptians. But it didn't bother me at all. In general, this hotel is perhaps the best of all that I have visited. My wife and I were very pleased with our stay.
