ACCOMMODATION
As a family of 5, including a 2.7 year old baby, we arrived at the hotel at 7:00. We were given 2 rooms instantly, building 2000. Initially, I doubted it might be better closer to the sea, but then I made sure that it was very convenient: close to restaurants, pools, and the sea is not too far to go. For breakfast, we were sent to the Italian restaurant at 10:30, and the bracelets were put on only by 12:00. But given that the official check-in is at 14:00, I just want to say thank you again for your understanding and customer approach. We were settled on the basement floor, but the parents on the 2nd. We went to the reception, asked our parents to come to the ground floor, that day there was nothing, they moved the next day.
The reception staff are very nice, Fady Alamer and Moller Nageh are the names of people who deserve respect and make the holiday really enjoyable by resolving any issues! Thank you so much for your care and professionalism, we want to come back here in part thanks to your warm hospitality.

On the very first night, I really regretted that I didn’t take the fumigator into the mosquito outlet, in the morning everyone was bitten. Of course, the cleaning service sprayed our room daily, but this only acted as a temporary sleeping pill for mosquitoes, by night they woke up again. We ran into the room, because if you hesitate, the mosquitoes will quickly orient themselves and settle into your room.
There are no questions about cleaning the room and the territory of the hotel: everything is clean. Cleaning around the clock, all in masks! Poor guys, neither on the beach nor in the dining room you see staff without masks. All hotel staff are different from the "market" representatives of the Egyptian nation: unobtrusive, friendly, courteous. The rooms are all with large balconies, the room has a TV. Free Internet only in the main lobby at the reception, I was very happy with it, the whole family spent less time with gadgets, as in the good old days.
However, this periodically unbalanced my husband, because he was very slow there and it was very difficult to make video calls. As a result, they took a router for $ 15 and after that the Internet was normal in the room, on the beach, at the pool.

ANIMATION
Evening performances at first seemed boring, but the animation team quickly changed my mind. Very funny guys, they always smile, turn to you, offer to participate in various temptations) and all this is unobtrusive and friendly.
There are also photographers on site. You have to bargain well with them. They wanted to take 30 photos for $ 75, I persuaded for 50, and my friend for 30) I don’t know their real price, because we never used their services.

NUTRITION
There were no questions about the kitchen:
Everything is quite tasty, varied and often.
The only thing that bothered me was that you couldn’t serve your own food: everywhere in the distribution there is a staff who gives everything one piece at a time, and then you have to smile and ask for more) from time to time I explained to the Arabs where the queue begins and didn’t let them in ahead of yourself. But my family is not so brave and they were always perplexed by the impudence of the local contingent.
in the hall we found our waiter, to whom we left a tip and we always had no questions with drinks: everything was brought on time and in the requested volume! Thank you very much, Gerged Boshra!

SEA

The 500 m long pontoon did not bother me at all! Thanks to him, we did not gain extra pounds and, walking back and forth, breathed more sea air, chatted and had fun! This is a surprise for me, because initially I was against this hotel because of the pontoon and the sea with low tides.
The reef is great! We saw stingrays, an octopus, hundreds of different fish and a turtle! Just a miracle!
We swam with the baby at the end of the pontoon, and in the middle, and on the bank! Remained mega-satisfied with the sea! There were enough sunbeds for everyone, nothing was missing, except for the following: a couple of times they forgot on the shelves either a baseball cap or a daughter’s toy, by the evening they couldn’t find anything! In Lost and Found, no one returned anything. Conclusion: check everything carefully when leaving the pontoon so as not to forget anything, because the guys at the reception do not return anything. It was also a little embarrassing that the pontoon was periodically closed at 18:00 and it was perfect. And sometimes at 17:30, the Sun has not yet set, I want to watch the fish, as we are asked to leave the bridge.
The pools are closed at 18:00, you can’t swim in T-shirts / sweatshirts, you are asked to take it off.
On the territory of the Garden there is a wave pool and two slides, we went there a couple of times in the evening, we really liked it. The beer tastes better in the Gorki bar)

MARKET
We were in the mango season: we traded for about $ 1 per kg, I liked store # 78, Karim named Andryusha) you can and should bargain with him, we bought a lot of stuff from him) he is a very nice guy and here is an approximate price for goods: corals $3 each, full face mask $10, oil perfume $6 per 50 ml, hibiscus $1.5 per 200 g, mango $1-1.5 per kg.
There is a pharmacy on the market, I got poisoned badly in the middle of the rest, so we hunted the seller all day, we bought it after 2:00 pm, since he was not there.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
Mosquitoes (take a fumigator and spray for evening gatherings on the beach).
Wifi is weak.
There is something to feed the child: steamed vegetables, rice, various types of chicken, soups, fresh vegetables. But for drinks, the baby was given only water and hibiscus, juices are all chemistry.

The market on the territory is large, you can buy everything (from swimming trunks/swimsuit/hats to souvenirs/fruits/oils).
Every 20 minutes you can ride to the neighboring hotel, where there are slides and a wave pool (the shuttle runs from 10:00 to 18:00).
