Traveled with my husband in mid-February. The hotel prepared a wonderful surprise for us, like newlyweds - fruits, cake, flowers. Thanks to the receptionist Wael, who gave the order and negotiated a discount for a room with a crazy view. Thank you very much!
Food for every taste. The beef is always juicy and tender. Duck. Seafood always (shrimp, squid, seafood soup). Chicken (cutlets in Kiev, fillet with mushrooms). We sat at lunch and dinner for 2 hours))) could not eat))) and wanted to try everything. The waiters are trying very hard. We had a friend, Ahmed. He knew when we would arrive what we were drinking. Everything was ready for our arrival.
Fruits: strawberries, bananas, pineapples, persimmons, oranges, melons, tangerines. Every day. In unlimited quantities. I was shocked. Not the first time on vacation, but I have not seen such a variety.
Pools not heated. It upset. When after dinner you want to swim in the pool, and there is cold water. It's a pity.

The animation guys are great too. But for such a hotel, of course, there are not enough of them. Not that we lacked, no, they just got tired. There are four of them at most. But they entertained from the heart. Always interesting and fun.
Cleaning in the room: for a chocolate bar, a dollar or seeds, you will have everything! So don't be stingy. Thank the staff. Without this, they will also clean and change towels, but still. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, water. There are no bathrobes and slippers. But everything is absolutely with the logo of the hotel. This is a high level.
We were very lucky with the weather. Suits and windbreakers were not useful. Only on the day of departure the wind picked up and, they say, it got colder.
In general, everything is super! We will definitely be back! Thanks to all the staff, your work is visible and appreciated. We are happy that we shared our honeymoon with you)))
