The vacation was 10000000% successful! We arrived at the hotel in the evening. 18.00, they settled right away and gave a room with a side sea view, even without a hint of any surcharges (in the evening, though we didn’t see him, but in the morning we saw everything). The sea is some kind of unrealistic blue color with a beautiful reef, many fish and a turtle.
A huge well-groomed territory - everything blooms, turns green - in a word - a garden. Trees, bushes are constantly trimmed to certain shapes, walking through such an area is a pleasure on a hot day. Cleanliness everywhere - reception, territory, rooms. Everything glitters. Well done, all at the highest level! Antiseptics in sufficient quantities both throughout the territory and in restaurants at every table, the staff are all wearing masks. Sun loungers on the beach and near the pools are constantly disinfected. We were very pleasantly surprised by such an attitude towards sanitation, especially in such a difficult period.
In October, the hotel was about half full, maybe a little more, but there were no inconveniences - you could always find free tables in the restaurant and there were no queues for food. There is no access for vacationers to dishes and this is a huge "+", everyone pours cooks in the amount necessary for the guest. There are themed dinners every evening and they are scheduled for 14 days, i. e. during our stay (12 nights) there were no repeats. A huge variety of food - meat, fish, seafood and sweets, from which everyone will find tasty treats for themselves, everything is delicious. The dinners were shrimp, salmon, tuna, crab, sushi and sooooo many other delicious things.

Staff. This is also a distinctive feature of the hotel - there are a lot of them, but their presence is unobtrusive. They are always interested in whether everything is fine, whether they like everything, what they don’t like, and immediately it is decided. They probably have such a policy) all problems were solved within 5 minutes, however, I myself did not believe it. Special thanks to manager Mohamed.
Animation. A large and cool team of animators did not let you get bored day or night. Wonderful shows, especially dance shows), water aerobics, etc. , my active daughter fell in love with yoga thanks to Anya, Olya is generally a mega-positive who energizes. All great fellows, they know how to interest, entertain and just chat.
The rooms are standard, everything worked, they cleaned well, there are no complaints and this was a pleasant surprise.
On the last day of our holiday, one unpleasant situation occurred - on the pontoon, while we were swimming, towels were stolen from us. Of course, we were very upset, because according to the rules, we had to pay 10 or 15 € (I don’t remember exactly). But even here the hotel staff surprised us - we did not pay anything, on the contrary, they reassured us with a smile, wished us a pleasant stay those last couple of hours before departure. On the way, we collected a lunchbox (you just need to order a day in advance).
What can I say, the vacation was wonderful, I want to return to this hotel and recommend it to everyone. Thanks to the whole team for an unforgettable vacation, emotions, I constantly review the photos with a smile and remember our special vacation!
