We arrived early in the morning, we thought that we would wait a long time for check-in, but, firstly, we were offered all the conditions for a good expectation (immediate breakfast, internet and an excellent terrace), and secondly, we were settled as quickly as possible. The room is clean, there were problems on the first day with hot water, but this was quickly fixed. Cleaned every day and pleased with new figures on the bed. Animation! This is probably the biggest impression for me. Kabo and his Zumba are great. The animators are very kind and friendly.
The waiters on the beach are so neat and not intrusive that they always showed up exactly at the right time.

The staff is cleaning every minute. Be it a leaf on the grass, lawn mowing or dust. Everywhere is clean!

Food. The food was very tasty, a lot of vegetables, meat, fish, seafood and fruits. After visiting the restaurant, you definitely need to go to bachata or salsa))
The sea - if this is the main goal of the trip, then you will not regret it, the corals and fish are simply magnificent. Of course, if you have masks with you. There is no entry directly from the shore, only a pontoon, but this is a good chance to get some fresh air while walking.
You can describe the hotel for a very long time, you should go and see everything with your own eyes.
