Любимый отель! Favorite hotel!

We chose the hotel again because the first time we rested in March 2020 (before Covid-19) in Gardens and we really liked it. We arrived at about 9.30 put on the bracelets for 15 minutes. and immediately sent for breakfast, after breakfast immediately settled in the room.
The room background is a little old, but everything works, it is clean, the cleaning is very high quality, towels are changed on request, bed linen was changed 4-5 times in 7 nights. Beach towels in the room were also changed upon request without any problems. The cleaner was very attentive and was constantly interested in whether everything suits us.
The territory of the hotels and Bich and Gardens is very green, well-groomed and very clean. Even despite the fact that the Gardens did not work, but there is a water park, a pool with slides and two pool bars, the territory is very looked after, everything is watered, cut well, very beautifully.

We like European cuisine very, very much (in Egypt, there is always a specific cuisine, but here it’s just super). Large selection of different meats (except pork), fish, squid, shrimp, crabs, various sweets, fruits and much more. Well, everything is delicious.
Animation. I can't say anything because we haven't met her.
The staff is just a miracle, what everyone is here, everyone is friendly, kind, helpful. Any issues are resolved immediately. Every guest is valued here, they will do everything to make you want to come back again and again. You will not meet anyone with dissatisfied faces. Everyone is very attentive. So do not be stingy with tips, these people deserve them. (No one will demand a tip from you and the attitude will not change whether you give a tip or not). The staff makes you feel as if you are their close relatives.
In winter, there is no heated pool, or rather, they are, but they were not included because there were few people, but for us it was not a big problem, we spent more time at sea.
Sea. The pontoon is 380 meters, as everyone describes, but we still went to neighboring beaches 800-900 meters towards Ibyrotel, there is a wonderful beach, the entry from the shore is super for children.
There are no shortcomings for me and my family here, we really, really like everything. In Egypt, I never returned to the same hotel 7 times, each time I chose a new one, but we came to Stella a second time and I know for sure we will come more than once.
