We rested at the hotel at the end of February (2117). In general, the impressions were pleasant.
The first thing we noticed was the hospitality and willingness of the administrators to solve any problems. Special thanks to Muhamed Sobhy for communication skills and Fadi for responsiveness (I hope I spelled the names correctly). Our arrival was early, but despite this we were immediately invited to breakfast and settled very quickly).
The rooms are well cleaned, the staff is huge, constantly working like goosebumps.
I really liked the animators. Everyone is very charismatic in their own way. It's a pity that all the time the guys have to be in masks, even in the fresh air and at a decent distance from the guests. When you need to speak, especially during classes, when it's hot, it's very inconvenient.
The food is delicious, the choice is large.
The only inconvenience is the unheated pool.
Once again, the representative of Anex ((which is attached to the hotel) disappointed, but this is already with the tour operator.
