I’ll start with the check-in, our flight was at night and the arrival at the hotel was around one in the morning, I’ll say right away that we were pleasantly surprised that we were offered a hot dinner in a restaurant, not tea and coffee, but a full dinner, with desserts, pastries and fruits! On the spot, we paid for early check-in and after 20 minutes we were taking a shower after a long flight. The hotel does everything to make your stay great, super service staff, friendly, attentive, and the waiters, and the chefs, and the reception staff, and all the hotel staff.
Our rooms were on the 3rd floor, overlooking the garden 2212 and 2214, everything worked properly in the room, there are many Russian TV channels. Very comfortable beds and big and heavy duvets, just the way I like it. Food at the hotel for all 5+. A lot of desserts and always daily on the menu: meat, fish, poultry, grilled every day, vegetables, all kinds of salads, pastries. On the territory there are 2 a la carte restaurants, Italian and Indian. You can visit them 2 times (you can sign up through the screen near the entrance to the hotel (where is the taxi). There is a late breakfast on the beach, with salads, pastries, and a little later different snacks and fast pasta. There are 2 bars on the beach, one more by the pools , and there are several of them on the territory of the hotel. And a bar next to the reception and the main restaurant.
At the evening program and animation, waiters deliver drinks, for an additional fee you can order freshly squeezed juice and popcorn. The sea near the beach is shallow, but we went swimming along the pontoon to the coral reef, which is probably one of the best in Hurghada. This hotel is one of the best in which I and my family rested, and we will definitely return here again. I want to thank everyone who tried to make our holiday great.
