I arrived at the hotel for my birthday in the lunch area, they immediately offered to check into the room. When I entered the room, I was shocked by what I saw: smudges on the ceiling, old furniture and renovations, a terrible bathroom with randomly plastered plaster. I went to the reception to ask for another room, to which I received an objection from the receptionist that the room was good. After my indignation, they finally offered another room. He got even worse. A couple of newlyweds were resting with us, and so they were initially offered a room without a working air conditioner and with a broken door. Then we went with them to the Anex tour guide to help solve the problem, otherwise we will demand relocation to another hotel. On the third attempt, we and the guys were given a different number. It wasn't good, but at least it worked. What else about the room: there are cracks all over the room, the renovation is already screaming. Well, they somehow reconciled with this, although the mood was badly spoiled.
On the positive side: there were almost always fresh flowers at the reception, especially lilies, which smelled good.
The territory in terms of greenery is very beautiful, there are many bushes with flowers, green lawns, everything is taken care of, watered. There were no mosquitoes.

There are complaints about the infrastructure: there are cracks on the hulls, in some places there is dirt, the concrete paths are cracked.
There are no complaints about the quality of the cleaning of the territory and the rooms. The boy who cleaned the rooms spun new figures every day.
As for the beach, it's great! Wide, a sea of sun loungers, umbrellas and fences from the wind. There was absolutely enough space for everyone. For 8 days never occupied the sun loungers. Pontoon 400 meters with 2 slopes. From the first one there is a descent to shallow water and a cleared lagoon with turquoise water. From the second descent to the depth. There are corals on both sides, sometimes gray, sometimes colorful and lively. There are fish, but not very many and not the most diverse. Water transparency is not the best due to the sandy-clay bottom. To tell the truth, in a few days I saw stingrays of different sizes, octopuses, sea urchins. There was hope to see turtles, but alas. Although I have seen the grass they eat. In general, when compared with Sharm El Sheikh, the sea is much weaker in its diversity and beauty (there is something to compare with). The color of the sea is very beautiful, all kinds of shades of blue. Another unpleasant nuance: garbage bags, cups, etc. float near the descent from the second staircase. Nobody cleans it up. Even during my stay there was an invasion of jellyfish, which personally made it difficult for me to swim. The lifeguard was only for show, he did not follow anyone. And on the pontoon there are boxes for things and a few sun loungers.
We were very unlucky with the weather, all the days there was a strong wind, cold in places, it was not comfortable. As it turned out, the 50-day cyclone "Khamsin" began. On the pontoon almost blown away from the gusts of wind.
The pools weren't heated but that wasn't news as people posted about it.

The strength of the hotel is the food, of course. This is where praise is really needed. The food is very varied and delicious. For breakfast, scrambled eggs, different types of scrambled eggs, several types of yogurt, oatmeal, delicious cheeses, especially feta, quite decent salami, beans in tomato, rice pudding, cereal with milk, fresh vegetables, herbs, fruits, delicious pastries, freshly fried donuts, pancakes with chocolate and nuts / coconut, falafel, beef and chicken sausages.
For lunch there were always 3 types of soup (broth, cream soup, seafood, etc. ), garnished with incredible pasta, mashed potatoes, 2 types of rice, lentils, french fries, legumes, several types of fish, for example, whole fried and deep-fried / battered fillet, several types of veal, chicken, deep-fried squid rings. Various cold appetizers, pickles. Beer or wine, quite decent. From soft drinks cola, sprite, fanta, schweppes. From sweet awesome cakes, pastries, oriental sweets. For dinner, the same thing, + always 3 types of grilled meat / fish, lamb, quail, duck, salmon, tuna, king prawns. Portioned cold appetizers of red fish and seafood. Portion sweets in a glass. Different pizza every day. Food 100 points out of 100.
Alcohol is normal as in Egypt, I didn’t drink much. Coffee from the coffee machine is quite normal, a large selection of tea bags.
There was also a snack bar on the beach with snacks like shawarma, fries, vegetables, fruits, pizza. Ice cream is only for a fee, as is fresh.
Juices are disgusting, powdery.
The room was always replenished with bottled water, coffee / tea sets.
There is a cool tent on the beach where you can smoke a hookah or drink coffee in the evening.
About the staff, 50/50. The hotel staff are very nice, always greeted, were friendly. But the receptionists did not like it, because they did not want to solve the problem that I had. I read in a review that in a restaurant, employees took plates from their hands, carried them to the table themselves, and asked what to bring. So, I didn't encounter this. More faced with the fact that the staff did not have time to clean the tables after the visitors. And very often I had to look for a free table in a restaurant.
I can also notice that there were a lot of people, the hotel was clearly overcrowded, the hotel management definitely scored on quarantine standards.

The animation was. During the day on the beach volleyball, zumba, stretching, bocha. In the evening live music, small performances. In general, not intrusive guys, what you need.
The gym is rundown and in poor condition.
On the territory of the Stella di Mare Garden hotel (on the 2nd line) there are water slides that you can use. Liked the slides.
In general, I liked the territory of the Stella Garden hotel, as it is much newer.
In general, the opinion on the hotel is very ambiguous, I expected the best and was disappointed.
I did not use Wi-Fi Internet, because I bought a SIM card at the airport.
My conclusion: if the hotel renovates the rooms and partially the territory, adheres to quarantine regulations, pays attention to solving the problems and requests of guests, then it will be possible to go here in the summer. So far, I don't recommend it. I am a travel agent, so the description is as objective as possible.
