Arriving at the hotel in the morning, we were immediately put on bracelets and sent for breakfast - for this the hotel is a plus.
We had to wait about an hour or more for the room to be ready. But it is better to ask in half an hour about the readiness of the room, there is a possibility that the room may be ready before an hour. We settled earlier than according to the regulations, at 10-11 o'clock, we did not have to wait until 14:00.
The room had bath and beach towels, hair dryer (after working for a minute, overheated and stopped working), shampoo, shower gel, soap, kettle, cardboard cups, coffee, tea, sugar, free. safe. Every day they bring 0.5 water per person. Additional bottled water can be purchased at the lobby bar. Cleaning every day. Constantly twisted figurines from towels. WiFi in the room for a fee. There is a free one in the hotel lobby, but due to the large number of visitors, it takes a long time to load messages, photos. Even having paid the hotel for using WiFi, its connection was still not satisfactory, especially during rush hour, when everyone was online, although the Internet could no longer be used only in the lobby. Please note that when paying for Wi-Fi, the Internet remains the same as in the lobby for everyone. There is no dedicated Internet for use and no Internet speed increases and it is not possible to connect to paid Wi-Fi during rush hour, and it is difficult in the lobby. If you want to be in touch 24 hours, I recommend buying a SIM card upon arrival at the airport and handing it out to your friends.

The beach and grounds are clean and well maintained. A lot of greenery, it is clear that they are watching this. A long pier, on the edge of which there are sunbeds (their number is limited) and open cells for things. There are fish. The sea is clean. It warmed up enough for swimming (we had a rest in the middle of March). The pools were not heated. There is animation on the beach and in the pool. On the beach there are 2 bars, a restaurant with lunch snacks. Constant ebb and flow of the sea. The coral reef is grey. Fans of the underwater world and take pictures, this is not the bay, you need to go to the sea.
Food. A good selection of dishes: vegetables, salads, spreads, fish, squid, meat, chicken, potatoes, rice, couscous, etc. , fruits (strawberries, bananas, oranges, ding, dates), desserts. There is a variety of dishes. Waiters bring drinks upon request.
Attentive staff will always go to a meeting. When visiting the excursion, they give out dry food (you need to order it in the evening): rolls with cheese, sausage, sweet rolls, banana, orange, 0.5 l of water per person. Worked only one of the restaurants a la carte - Italian. We could not sign up there because of the constant excursions, and for some reason the system itself signed us up for the evening when we returned late from the tour and did not have time to go there.
The gym worked, not big, but the basic equipment for training all muscle groups is there.
The general opinion about the hotel is positive. Would like to come again. I will recommend to friends!
