The hotel was chosen by friends, and we were invited for the company. I read the reviews - everything is super) And now the expectation vs reality!

Number:

Cleaning every day is true. If you put a dollar in, you will get a swan and even rose petals, if you don’t put in a dollar, they won’t even make the bed to the end and they may accidentally forget to put water. The bathroom is terrible. Everything is old, dirty and smeared - smeared a hundred times already (I'm attaching a photo of the sink and faucet as soon as we drove in).
In the shower, in order for the water to be hot, you need to turn it on and wait 10 minutes for the cold to drain. She laid a towel in the shower (she doesn’t give out slippers), turned on the water to drain, and when she returned, she found that the towel was all rusty (I’m attaching a photo, it’s such water).

Territory:

Here I can safely say that the territory is well-groomed, the pools are clean, the green lawn is beautiful) trees, flowers - everything is fine!

Staff:

I read a lot of reviews about the super friendly staff...
here, either those who wrote got to another shift, or before quarantine, because I have never met such horror in serving guests. There are no complaints about the reception, it's all about the cooks and waiters.
There are many of them, it is unrealistic to give everyone a dollar just to be politely communicated with you. Situation: the waiter brings cocktails to me and my girlfriend, we say thank you to him smiling, to which he answers us - you can’t put thanks in your pocket (in a rather rude way), such waiters have no desire to leave tea ...the whole hotel is saturated with the phrase one dollar! Everyone wants something from you. It is impossible to lie on the beach...in an hour 9 people approached us offering all sorts of diving, etc. , and so every day! They don't understand the word no!

By the way, almost no one in this hotel understands Russian. Only at the reception, pain-less, and sometimes I had to switch to English.

Food:

Feel free to put 1 ball out of 10. HORROR! This chemistry is terrible!
Sausages taste like toilet paper, half of the dishes have no taste at all, pasta dressing smells like pissed-off slippers (I thought it was from someone, but it turned out to be a DISH). At the distribution, there are cooks offended by the life of the campaign (during quarantine, distribution is only through staff). They pretend that they don't see you or just pour you with the look of a huge favor! Honestly...it's just a nightmare.
Of the fruits, only strawberries (not every day), melon, oranges and dates. (Pineapples, mangoes...this is not about the level of this hotel)

Prices:

There is generally zashkvar) Not only that there are no bottled drinks except water in the room. In all the hotels where I was before (Turkey, Egypt) there were refrigerators on the streets where you could take Fanta, Sprite, Pepsi (their production) here - NO! We had a bottle of Dutifree Bacardi Mojito with us and needed a Sprite. We asked the bar if it is possible to buy since they do not give out and you know what ...1 liter - $ 6 !! ! Seriously???
When we bought the ticket, it was written that an hour of playing billiards every day is included in the price of the tour, but no! If you want to play - pay $4 per hour (for killed tables, which are a bit skewed, so almost all the balls fly into one hole).

General impression:

We will never return to this hotel and will not recommend to anyone as it is a complete BOTTOM. Perhaps it will come to those who have previously rested in 3-4 * hotels.
I can say for sure that the hotel does not pull on 5 * at all. The waiters do not even know the banal things that when the table is wiped, the crumbs should not fly to all the guests around and when the guests are sitting, they do not need to gather in a bunch and loudly discuss something behind their backs.

And as for the good reviews, I already understood where they come from.

On the third day, an animator approached us, everyone called him Luka.
A nice fellow, we were a small company of only 4 people, and he was cheerful trying to joke and show tricks, but as soon as he realized that we were well disposed towards him, he immediately took advantage of this. I snatched the phone from my friend and asked to STRONGLY write a review. At the same time, he dictated what to write !! ! I haven't seen this before!

I put 2 stars purely for the well-groomed territory of the hotel, everything else is 0!
