Ужасный отель Terrible hotel

I will immediately give an answer - the hotel is terrible !! ! Wouldn't recommend this hotel even to an enemy. It was my first time in Hurghada with my family. Before that, if it was Egypt, it was Charm. Let's start with the fact that we arrived the day before my birthday, together with friends. The wife made surprises by ordering an individual transfer from the airport to the hotel. And this is where it all starts. When we arrived at the hotel, we stood for 30 minutes near the counters with employees, and no one cared, pretending to be very busy. Ok, with difficulty)))) but they settled us. The rooms are small, but there were no serious sides. Purely. Cleaned every day, air conditioning worked perfectly, although a bit noisy. After checking in, we had time before dinner, and together with friends and children we went to a bar (by the way, only 1 bar was open in this hotel after 17:00). And so, our spouses with children chose a place on the sofas with the children, but my friend and I went for drinks. But!! ! They didn't give us more than 1 drink! Even after explaining that we are with our wives and children!! ! Guys, wait a minute - "All inclusive" and we have to beg for drinks ((((((
Further I will be brief - this situation was at any of the bars. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - the cooks at the distribution threw food into the plates like dogs ((((((The child went to get french fries - so this is a creature (this is not a cook, it’s a creature) - he put 1 french fries !! ! Breakfasts are terrible ! ! Lunch and dinner - not bad. But the queues were everywhere and for everything (((((On the third day, we hardly found the Anex tour guide and asked us to move to another hotel... but, oddly enough, there were no other hotels places)))))) Hello Anex tour(((( Yes, there were good guys (waiters at the summer bar near the stage, bartender and waiter on the beach). But mostly the staff is not friendly. The staff divides vacationers into categories. German vacationers without beer was poured into liter growlers) Although now Hurghada rests precisely on our tourists. The beach is terrible. There is water up to the bone ((((
