Rested with a family of two adults and two children 3.5 and 11 years old. Given the presence of a small child, we asked for a room closer to the restaurant and to the pools. We were immediately given a room in the first building, number 2014. The room was fresh, clean, the view was on a beautiful garden. And in general, I want to write about architecture, these buildings set a special atmosphere. In the evenings, the lighting is so pleasant that it is a pleasure to walk along the paths of the hotel. It was as if I was in some ancient eastern city.
Do you want the sea near the sea, do you want to go to a restaurant and it is nearby, do you want to swim in the pool and it is nearby. The hotel has a soul, the atmosphere in it is always pleasant. All the great atmosphere is created by the staff. They are very responsive, not a single request or question was left unattended. Everything was resolved instantly. Cleaning was top notch, thanks Ali. Everyone in the bar is kind, especially Ahmed))). Special thanks to the manager Mohamed, who is very responsive and cares about absolutely every guest and knows every guest. I have never seen such a staff.
And what kind of guys are the animators, Brittany, Nadia, Katya, unfortunately, I didn’t remember everyone, but I talked with almost everyone. Approached the child or just come up to ask how you are doing. Light, funny, cool guys. Food at the level. On the first day there were even dumplings. They were pleasantly surprised. As for the sea: when choosing a hotel, I knew that there were low tides, but I was not disappointed. Walking on the pontoon is very pleasant, such a beautiful view, almost always a light breeze blows. True, I still advise you to take cover and smear the body with protective creams. Very strong sun. And the reef is beyond words. What beautiful, very beautiful, unusual fish of all sizes. It was also very large in my opinion. It was really beautiful. We will definitely return.
