For the first time we rested at the Stella di Mare (Makadi) back in January 2009. Since then, we have fallen in love with the hotel with all our hearts and come here again and again to relax.
It so happened that in June 2021 we rested in another hotel in Makadi Bay. But this holiday cannot be compared with the rest in Stella Di Mare. Bad service, rude staff, monotonous food, lack of greens, few fruits. Broken numbers. The sea and the beach is the only thing that was wonderful.
As they say, feel the difference. Stella Di Mare was mentioned all the time, so I decided to write a review.
Recently, my friends and I rested in Stella Di Mare in October 2020, January 2021, and friends also came in April 2021.
Before quarantine, we preferred to relax in Stella Di Mare Garden. But due to quarantine. Settle in Stella Di Mare Beach. At the same time, you can use the pools of Stella Di Mare Garden, walk on the beautiful well-groomed territory of this hotel.

The receptionists are very friendly and professional. Settlement is fast. We are regular guests of the hotel, so fruit was waiting for us in the room, which is very nice.
The rooms in which we happened to stay are quite spacious, fresh, after renovation. There is a safe, mini bar, TV, hairdryer - everything you need for a pleasant stay. Everything works. What is very convenient, there is a kettle in the room, as well as tea, coffee, sugar. The rooms were cleaned every day. They never ceased to amaze us with various beautiful figures made of towels.
The hotel has a beautifully landscaped grounds. The hotel is surrounded by a sea of ​ ​ flowers and greenery. After sunset, the hotel is dressed in evening attire, no less cozy thanks to the lighting.
There are many pools, but my friends and I prefer to relax by the sea, because for the sake of it we come here. The beach is very large and spacious, enough sunbeds. The sea is here with amazing, beautiful underwater world. Very beautiful reef, lots of colorful fish. Great for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts.
The hotel always has a wonderful animation team. Aqua aerobics, bocha, volleyball, bochata, yoga… In the evening there is an interesting show program. You don't have to be bored.
Nutrition. I want to say that I have not seen better food in hotels in Egypt. Very tasty, daily changing themed cuisine. The chefs never ceased to amaze with the variety of fish and meat dishes. Seafood, grill, stuffed quails, baked duck… dumplings, Kiev cutlets… There is always a choice of vegetables, herbs, fruits. Variety of spices, seasonings, sauces. For dinner - always a festival of sweets. And of course - a dish "from the chef. "
There is a small minus - poor Wi-Fi.
However, the most important advantage of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly, helpful, professional, ready to make your stay unforgettable.

Special thanks to the manager Fady Alamer. He is professional, friendly, attentive and caring. He always asked if everything was in order, offered to help. When there were problems (the hair dryer stopped working), he reacted very quickly, we did not even notice how the hair dryer was fixed. It's always a pleasure to chat with him and joke around. Fady Alamer has become a real friend to us.
I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
And looking forward to a vacation to once again plunge into the wonderful atmosphere of Stella di Mare.
